Abstract

Zwei Bauteile (2, 3) eines Medienspenders werden zunächst einteilig im Spritzgußverfahren aus Kunststoff unter Ausbildung einer Schnittbüchse (6) und eines Schnittstempels (7) so hergestellt, daß sie nur über feinste Verbindungen (4, 30) verbunden sind. Dann wird der Stempel (7) durch Druckbelastung in Richtung (12) in den anderen Teil (2) geschoben. Dabei wird die Verbindung (4, 30) durch Scherschneiden getrennt. Dadurch wird eine sehr einfache Fertigung bei genau gleicher Werkstoffgüte beider Teile (2, 3) erreicht.

Two components (2, 3) of a media dispenser are first made in one piece by injection molding from plastic, forming a cutting sleeve (6) and a cutting punch (7) so that they are only connected via the finest connections (4, 30). Then the stamp (7) is pushed by pressure in direction (12) into the other part (2). The connection (4, 30) is separated by shear cutting. This enables a very simple production with exactly the same material quality of both parts (2, 3).
