Claims (8)
- Messerhalter (1) für Kreismesser (2) zum Längsteilen von Materialbahnen, der einen mit einem Messerbalken verbindbaren Grundkörper (3) aufweist, dem wenigstens eine zur Absenkbewegung des Kreismessers verschiebbar gelagerte Führungsstange (7) zugeordnet ist, die an einem Ende mit einem ersten Stellantrieb in Verbindung steht,
wobei das Kreismesser in einem Messerkopf rotierbar gelagert ist und
wobei der Messerkopf zur Seitenanstellung gegen ein Untermesser geschwenkt werden kann
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstange mit ihrem anderen Ende über ein Gelenk (19) mit wenigstens einem Schwenkarm (30) in Verbindung steht, an dem der Messerkopf (17) angeordnet ist und wobei der Arm mit einem zweiten Stellantrieb (21) zur Betätigung der Schwenkbewegung in Verbindung steht, der die Schwenkbewegung bewirken kann, nachdem der erste Stellantrieb die Stange in die Endposition bewegt hat. - Messerhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Führungsstangen (7.1, 7.2) vorgesehen sind.
- Messerhalter nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gelenk (19) oberhalb des Messerkopfes (17) angeordnet ist.
- Messerhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Stellantrieb (21) am Grundkörper (3) angeordnet ist.
- Messerhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Stellantrieb (21) durch eine Kolben-Zylindereinheit gebildet wird, die an eine Druckmittelversorgung (12) angeschlossen ist.
- Messerhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem zweiten Stellantrieb (21) eine Rückstellfeder (24) zugeordnet ist.
- Messerhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (30) im Bereich des Gelenks (19) geteilt ist, wobei die Schwenkarmteile (31, 32) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
- Messerhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Messerkopf (17) einen Lagerträger (26) aufweist, der lösbar mit dem Schwenkarm (30) verbunden ist.
