Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for stacking sheets, in particular shingled supplied sheets of paper or cardboard on pallets, with one device for conveying the sheets to a storage platform that can be raised and lowered in the stacking area is hung on stands.
- Devices for cross cutting paper or cardboard webs are known to end with a stacking device, of which the sheets produced by cross cutting placed on the edge of the stack.
- the arches are usually in the form of scales transported by a belt conveyor to the stacking area, where they are placed on pallets be stacked, which are placed on a storage platform.
- the storage platform is in the Frame of the stacking device can be raised up to the area of the feed plane of the sheets and hung down into the hallway.
- a generic device is known from DE 44 45 994-A1.
- the frame of the device has four the stacking area delimiting stands, each with a pull chain, on which the storage platform is hung.
- the invention has for its object to a generic stacking device improve that an operator does all the work involved in the operation Trouble shooting and / or format change can be carried out without the storage platform to enter.
- the service platform with the storage platform moves out of the Area of the feed level over a distance with down, so that the upper part of the Stack below the bulletin boards is accessible; for example in the event of fluctuations in the cross section to compensate, insert wedges into the stack, of which the The top of the stack is aligned.
- the service platform with the storage platform moves out of the Area of the feed level over a distance with down, so that the upper part of the Stack below the bulletin boards is accessible; for example in the event of fluctuations in the cross section to compensate, insert wedges into the stack, of which the The top of the stack is aligned.
- the service platform with the storage platform moves out of the Area of the feed level over a distance with down, so that the upper part of the Stack below the bulletin boards is accessible; for example in the event of fluctuations in the cross section to compensate, insert wedges into the stack, of which the The top of the stack is aligned.
- the rear notice boards Operator standing on the service platform in the area of the feed level work.
- the stacking device shown in FIG. 1 is used for stacking continuously in Dandruff-fed sheets of paper 1 in a cross cutting machine were manufactured.
- the sheets 1 are the stacking area by a belt conveyor trained feeder 2, the vertically stationary at a height above the maximum stack height is arranged above the floor.
- the stack 3 will be on Pallets 4 formed, which lie on a storage platform 5.
- the storage platform 5 is on the manner described below in the frame of the stacking device into the area the feed level of the sheets 1 can be raised and lowered into the corridor area suspended:
- the frame of the device consists of two upstream stands 6 and two outlet-side stands 7, which are outside the working width on both sides of the machine arranged and at its upper end via side members 8 and not in Figure 1 visible cross members are connected.
- the stands 6, 7 limit the Stacking area.
- On the inside of each upright stand 6 is a cantilever 9 vertically movable, the one that projects freely horizontally into the stacking area Carrying part 10 and a bearing part 11 angled vertically upwards.
- Each cantilever 9 is preferably made in one piece from an angled sheet of approximately 40 mm thick with about 400 mm leg height, which is sufficiently stable to a Carrying stack weight of several tons.
- the storage platform 5 is on the two horizontal support parts 10 of the cantilever 9 attached. It contains one level Support surface on which the pallets 4 can be placed.
- the bearing part 11 of the cantilever 9 is in the associated upright stand 6 in a vertical linear guide mounted so that it cannot tip over.
- the bearing part 11 is with a also connected to an upstream stand 6 attached lifting drive, so that the support part 10 of each cantilever 9 with the storage platform 5 attached to it in the Feed level of the sheets 1 raised and lowered into the hallway area can.
- the lifting drive contains an electric motor 12, preferably a servo motor a synchronous shaft extending across the working width in the upper cross member 13 drives.
- the synchronous shaft 13 is at a sufficient distance above the Arranged feed plane and each with its ends stored in a stand 6.
- a sprocket 14 is attached to each end of the synchronous shaft 13, into which a pull chain 15 is attached.
- the pull chain 15 is at one end on the bearing part 11 of the cantilever 9 attached, the other end hanging, weighted down by a weight 16, freely down.
- the guidance of the two pull chains 15 holding the cantilever beams 9 about the Synchronous shaft 13 interconnected sprockets 14 ensures that the Storage platform 5 in an exactly horizontal position from the pull chains 15 by means of the motor 12 is raised and lowered.
- the outlet-side deflection rollers 22 of the upper belts 18, the notice boards 19 and the blowpipes 21 are adjustable in and against the direction of sheet travel Carriage 23 stored in order to be able to adjust its position to different arc lengths.
- the stop boards 19 can additionally be raised until their lower edges are at a distance above the feed level.
- an auxiliary stacking platform 24 horizontally into the stacking area retractable, on which the sheets 1 are stacked while a finished Stack 3 is removed.
- a floor conveyor 25 For transporting empty pallets 4 and for transporting them away of pallets 4 with finished stacks 3 is a floor conveyor 25, the conveyor line the stacking area and additionally approximately the same area in front of and behind the Stacking area covers.
- the catwalks 26, 27 are on both long sides and on the rear transverse side of the frame Catwalks 26, 27 attached to the outside of the respective stands 6, 7.
- the catwalks 26, 27 are arranged at a height above the maximum stack height, so that a finished Stack 3 with maximum height from the stack area between two stands 6, 7 can be transported away.
- the one attached to the outside on the outlet-side stands 7 rear catwalk 27 extends approximately at the level of the upper run of the Belt conveyor 2 formed feed plane of the sheets 1 across the working width of the Contraption. It is outside the stand 7 via a staircase 28 with both longitudinal sides Catwalks 26 connected. In this way, the stacking area becomes more peripheral on three sides Catwalk 26, 27 formed, which is firmly screwed to the frame of the stacking device is.
- the control board 29 is below the catwalk 27 the outlet-side stands 7 are vertically movable over a distance 30. In its upper end position shown in Figure 1 is approximately at the level of Feed level, preferably slightly below this. A movement of the boardwalk 29 goes up from the underside of the catwalk 27, which acts as a stop limited.
- An upward movement of the operating bar 29 is effected when the Storage platform 5, which has two buffers 31 attached to it on its long sides from below on the operating web 29 reaching into its rear end area and dragged this up.
- the service bar 29 therefore does not need its own Lifting drive.
- the thickness of the service web 29 and the height of the buffer 31 is dimensioned that the upper edge of the support bar 29 resting on the storage platform 5 is not located above the upper edge of an overlying pallet 4. So be Collisions of the service bar 29 with stacking and conveying elements during Avoid driving up to the area of the feed level.
- the lower end position of the vertical movement path 30 of the operating web 29 is limited by two stops 32, each of which is attached to a stand 7. she will influenced by the design and operation of the stacking device determined that an operator below the bulletin boards while running Device can perform the necessary work, for example wedges in the Insert the stack without interfering with the other functions of the stacking device.
- the length of the vertical movement path 30 is therefore at least 100 mm. Are, as in the embodiment, the full stack 3 in the sheet running direction transported back from the stacking area, the stops 32 are above the maximum stacking height.
- the service web 29 is preferred over the Enter catwalk 27. Then the lower end position of the maximum allowable Stepped height between the catwalk 27 and the control board 29 determined. The length of the Distance 30 is then less than 500 mm.
- the length is the distance 30, that is the vertical stroke of the service web 29, approximately 400 mm, by all to fulfill the conditions described above.
- the downward movement of the sidewalk 29 is also caused without drive solely by its own weight, which keeps it within the route 30 can always rest on the storage platform 5, so that it can be with this moved down to the stops 32.
- the horizontal position of the operating bar 29 in the stacking area differs Format lengths of the sheets can be adjusted so that its front edge up to close range of a placed pallet 3 is sufficient, it is also horizontal movably mounted on the stands 7.
- it is on each stand 7 stored in a cross slide guide, which is both a vertical and a Allows horizontal movement.
- the horizontal positioning is advantageously automatic thereby causes the service web 29 to a in the sheet running direction Format change stacking element to be positioned, preferably a notice board 19, is coupled and is thus moved into its new position.
- two vertically extending upwards Rods 33 which are in the area of the front corners on the top of the operating board 29 are attached.
- Each rod 33 is guided through an eyelet 34, which either on the Back of a bulletin board 19 or on the bulletin boards 19 carrying Carriage 23 is attached.
- the positions of the eyelets 34 and the length of the rods 33 are matched so that the rods 33 in each vertical position of the Operating web 29 are in the associated eyelets 34. If the Message board 19 in or against the direction of sheet travel is the service web 29 with in moves its new position without losing its vertical mobility relative to that Message board 19 or the carriage 23 is hindered.
