Description
Claims (7)
- Glühstiftkerze (10) zur Anordnung im Brennraum luftverdichtender Brennkraftmaschinen, mit einem rohrförmigen, metallischen Kerzengehäuse (11), in dessen Längsbohrung (11A) ein Glühstift (13) mit einem Teil seiner Länge abdichtend fixiert ist, sowie mit einem zur Stromzuführung dienenden Anschlußbolzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlußbolzen (12) mittels eines einstückigen Rohrelementes (15), das an seinem am Kerzengehäuse (11) liegenden Ende zwei Dichtflächen (18, 19) und an seiner außenliegenden Mantelfläche ein Formschlußelement (23) für den Stecken des motorseitigen Kabelbaums aufweist, mit dem Kerzengehäuse abdichtend verbunden ist.
- Glühstiftkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abdichtende Verbindung (16) zwischen Anschlußbolzen (12) und Rohrelement (15) ein Gewinde ist,
- Glühstiftkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung (16) zwischen Anschlußbolzen (12) und Rohrelement (15) eine Schweiß-, Klebe-, Einpreß- oder Verstemmverbindung ist.
- Glühstiftkerze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formschlußelement (23) ein an der Außenseite des Rohrelements (15) ausgebildeter Wulst (23) beliebiger Geometrie und zugleich Fixiermittel des Steckers des motorseitigen Kabelbaums ist.
- Glühstiftkerze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der innenliegenden Stirnseite des Rohrelements (15) eine außenliegende und eine innenliegende Dichtfläche (18,19) ausgebildet ist.
- Glühstiftkerze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrelement (15) auch eine elektrische Isolation zwischen Anschlußbolzen (12) und Kerzengehäuse (11) bildet.
- Glühstiftkerze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrelement (15) auch ein Zentriermittel für den Anschlußbolzen bezüglich des Kerzengehäuses ist.
