- the present invention relates to a spacer reinforcement for the reinforcement of point-supported concrete slabs, the support being substantially in the longitudinal direction of the support reinforcing bars and the supported slabs each lower and upper parallel to the plane of the board arranged reinforcement network.
- the company F.J. Aschwanden AG under the registered Trademark DURA reinforcement reinforcement offered consists of a right-angled grid with all parallel Longitudinal bars welded U-shaped brackets, the parallel legs each on the same side by 180 ° are turned. Through the open loops formed in this way then rods of the upper network are introduced from below and each rod connected to all the loops. This results in a extremely complex spacer reinforcement network in processing, which is basically the strength through reached an excessive steel volume. The reinforcement is everywhere the same and does not consider the different course of forces depending on the Distance of the column.

- This reinforcement consists of a single element in the form of a bar on the vertical pencil with a plate-shaped head are welded on. Then on the construction site are radial Pillar aligned a variety of these individual elements the formwork, with the interposition of plastic spacers, nailed on. After that, a lower net of the plate laid over it and finally attached the upper net. A connection of the networks with the spacer reinforcement does not happen.
- This task is achieved by reinforcing the spacing at the beginning mentioned type with the characteristics of the characteristic part of claim 1.
- spiral reinforcing bars running between the lower and upper reinforcement network of the point-supported concrete slabs run, and arranged radially away from the center of the support a high concentration of Connections in the area close to the column, whereby one because of the very inexpensive manufacturing the spiral Reinforcing bars can be of practically any length can be configured so that the Support the reinforcement produces its effect.
- the spiral reinforcing bars are optional stretch so that more or fewer turns per linear meter are achievable. These changes can be made across the board Length can be even or different. It can the change in thread pitch changed in sections be or continuously. You can also have several spiral reinforcing bars with different Diameters in relation to the cylindrical spirals use. Of course, you can also use the strength Reinforcing bars vary according to the cross sections.
- spiral with its general meaning, that is, as being around an axis winding spatial curve, is needed.
- the spatial curve can be a spiral, that is, a spiral, the one Lateral surface defined with a circular cross-section, be formed, or a variety of other shapes exhibit.
- Such embodiments of the spiral are Known expert and the shape is only by the manufacturing limits in the bending process limited.
- the Spacer reinforcement 1 consists of several spacer reinforcement elements 10,11, with all spacer reinforcement elements are spiral and their centric Longitudinal axes 9, the support 2 on which the plate 3 is supported, to cut. Of course, these longitudinal axes 9 run parallel to the level of the support plate 3. While the axes 9 always cut the support 2, they do so the concrete spacer reinforcement elements themselves are not necessarily.
- the spacer reinforcement elements 10 begin in Area near the support 2 and run radially from this outward away.
- the spacer reinforcement elements 10 are only about half as long as the one passing through the support 2 Spacer reinforcement elements 11. Which of these two Variants are preferred for the respective application, should depend primarily on the spatial conditions be.
- the spacer reinforcement elements 10, 11 according to the invention are in the simplest case made of reinforcing steel spiral coiled rods, the spiral thus formed completely is evenly designed. In this case, the spiral around a cylindrical spiral with constant Slope so that the distance between two neighboring ones Threads g is the same everywhere.
- the spacer reinforcement element 10 which from the support 2 vertically upwards in the Drawing is shown with two Provide sections 12, 13 in which the thread pitch is different for each section.
- the Course section 12 has a small thread pitch
- both variants can also be used combine.
- the spiral the reinforcement elements 10, 11, that is the spatial Curve into which the reinforcement element is bent can define a wide variety of lateral surfaces. These can elliptical, triangular, quadrangular and polygonal Have cross sections, as shown in Figures 12a and 12b and Figures 12c to 12e and 13 is shown. Will be at Bending the reinforcement elements changed the bending direction, so can, for example, that in Figures 12 f and 12g shown T- and double-T-shaped cross sections or a A figure eight lying in the figure 12h corresponding cross-section are formed. As before a variety of other embodiments have been mentioned the spiral is known and the shape is only through Manufacturing limits in the bending process limited.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a spacer reinforcement for the reinforcement of point-supported concrete slabs, the support being substantially in the longitudinal direction of the support reinforcing bars and the supported slabs each lower and upper parallel to the plane of the board arranged reinforcement network.
As early as 1989, one written by A. Muttoni appeared Dissertation at ETH (Diss. ETH No. 8906) with the title "The applicability of plasticity theory in dimensioning of reinforced concrete ". Crack patterns were also punctiform supported concrete slabs. The analysis of this Investigation has shown that the cracks in the near area predominantly, almost exclusively concentrically the column run, while in the more distant area the Pillar the cracks almost entirely radially from the support are running away. Many attempts were made in the near Reinforcement area concentrically arranged examined. The results are not clear and it could be in essentially only be found that the geometric Arrangement of the reinforcement rings influenced the results.
Studies have also shown that when the The tensile tractors in the area near the support almost break consistently perpendicular to the plate plane. Corresponding different experts see the arrangement of vertical Tension rods anchored in the upper and lower bending reinforcement as efficient. Based on this theoretical view most of the products on the market today. Accordingly, one saw a simple one in the truss analogy theoretical approach for dimensioning the reinforcement. One knows that this calculation model is not beyond all doubt, but lies for other theories do not provide suitable calculation models. The development of spacer reinforcements is based accordingly essentially on empiricism.
The company F.J.
The latter essentially also applies to one from the company Riss AG brought to market solution. This reinforcement consists of a single element in the form of a bar on the vertical pencil with a plate-shaped head are welded on. Then on the construction site are radial Pillar aligned a variety of these individual elements the formwork, with the interposition of plastic spacers, nailed on. After that, a lower net of the plate laid over it and finally attached the upper net. A connection of the networks with the spacer reinforcement does not happen.
All spacer reinforcements known to date on the market are complex to manufacture and processing the construction site complicated. In addition, the well-known Reinforcement of spacing on the building conditions only relative adjust slightly. But especially on the cracking in the The well-known spacer reinforcements are located away from the nozzle hardly any influence.
It is therefore the object of the present invention, a To create spacing reinforcement, which is particularly inexpensive is simple to manufacture, based on the building conditions can be easily adjusted and also in the distant column Area has effect.
verwenden. Selbstverständlich lässt sich auch die Stärke
Armierungsstäbe entsprechend den Querschnitten variieren. This task is achieved by reinforcing the spacing at the beginning

It is obvious to those skilled in the art that related with the present invention the term spiral with its general meaning, that is, as being around an axis winding spatial curve, is needed. The spatial curve can be a spiral, that is, a spiral, the one Lateral surface defined with a circular cross-section, be formed, or a variety of other shapes exhibit. Such embodiments of the spiral are Known expert and the shape is only by the manufacturing limits in the bending process limited.

In Figure 1, the spacer reinforcement according to the
Stütze 2.The
kombinieren. For the transfer of forces from the
fertigungstechnische Grenzen beim Biegeprozess limitiert.
erleichtern. It is clear from FIGS. 12 and 13 that the spiral
the
unterschiedliche Spiraldurchmesser aufweisen. Während der
Verlaufsabschnitt 14, welche die Stütze 2 durchsetzt, einen
geringeren Durchmesser hat, sind die äusseren Endbereiche,
die Verlaufsabschnitte 15, mit einem vergrösserten
Durchmesser versehen. In the variants described so far, the diameter was
the spiral spacer reinforcement elements over the
the entire course length remains the same. 1 is a
Spacer reinforcement element 11, which supports 2

Spacer reinforcement element 11 on both sides of the
In theory, the diameter d of the spiral could be different also change continuously. To make such a spiral is much more complex and only makes sense if this is necessary for geometric reasons or so that certain static advantages can be achieved.
geringer. Die entsprechenden Verlaufsabschnitte sind hier mit
14' und 15' gekennzeichnet. The one in FIG. 2 on the left side of the
If you look at the
7 vorzusehen. The diameter of the spiral spacer reinforcement elements
10.11 is usefully designed so that it
is smaller than the distance a between the upper one
Reinforcement network 4 and the
Der Befestigungsstab kann auch als Profilschiene 27 gestaltet
sein. Eine solche Profilstange 27, die vorzugsweise von
aussen auf das zylindrisch spiralförmig gestaltete
Durchstandsarmierungselement 10,11 aufgesetzt ist, erlaubt
darin lösbare verschiebliche und arretierbare Befestigungselemente
8, beispielsweise als Drahtschlaufen, anzubringen. The fastening rod can also be designed as a
Diese Befestigungselemente 8 erlauben die Verbindung mit dem
oberen oder unteren Armierungsnetz 4, 5 oder mit den
Bewehrungsstäben 6 in der Stütze 2.These fasteners 8 allow connection to the

Statik entsprechend anpassen.Because the spacer reinforcement elements do not support the prop

Spacer reinforcement in every arrangement of the
Allen nachfolgend beschriebenen Durchstandsarmierungen
Dabei
überragt die Kopfplatte 42 in Längsrichtung sowohl die
Stützplatte 41 als auch das Fussplattenende 32 in Richtung
zur Stütze hin. In Richtung zum Durchstandsarmierungselement
10 kann die Kopfplatte 42 praktisch bündig mit der
Stützplatte 41 enden oder diese Stützplatte 41 geringfügig
überragen. Dies ist mehr oder weniger eine schweisstechnisch
zu optimierende Wahl.In the area of the point-like support of the
41 beziehungsweise 41' versehen. The solution presented here is especially for
