Definitions
- the invention relates to an apparatus and a method to determine consumer behavior patterns and information seekers in an open community platform.
- the object of the present invention is high To achieve a degree of immersion, i.e. immersing in the virtual world to draw immediate conclusions from on the behavior and impressions of users in their to draw ordinary surroundings, in particular Conclusions on advertising and marketing measures possible are.
- This task is solved with a server system that with a variety of client systems over a network structure connected to one on the server system provided everyday for the user
- Virtual reality offering opportunities for behavior being the virtual reality from the client system can be displayed, and the client system navigation means to walk through virtual reality, with behavioral offers in the virtual Reality are arranged realistically, with communication offers, those in virtual reality are arranged realistically, with a feedback system, that the behaviors of yourself through the virtual reality moving user evaluates the behavioral offers and communication offers.
- the feedback system stands with both the client system as well as the server system in Connection, causing the feedback system to respond of the user depending on the communication and behavioral offers logged and statistical evaluates.
- every user is in The form of an avatar is represented in virtual reality and the server system arranges one if necessary Communication between the avatars.
- the network structure it is preferably the Internet.
- the present invention provides direct and fast feedback options. This not only makes it possible to observe the specific user behavior and to analyze its reactions to an advertising, marketing or information offer, but also to avoid a fundamental problem of advertising-related addressing of Internet users. So far there has been no way on the Internet to address a specific user directly - apart from the direct e-mailing ", which is prevented by appropriate filters, because - unlike broadcast media - the user has to get advertising.
- the invention centralizes and structures the global Internet and thus inserts the messages into the user's behavioral environment.
- Another object of the present invention is to to create a process that by means of the above. contraption the behavioral pattern of consumers and those seeking information certainly.
- This task is solved by making it as realistic as possible and structured description of reality the server system is stored accessible by itself a user via a client system on the server system registers by after the registration the description of the virtual reality is transmitted to the client system and virtual reality by interpreting the description is represented by the client system by the client system depending on the user movements carried out by his means of navigation represents the virtual reality and changes New data from the Server system requests by offering behavioral and communication offers realistic in virtual reality be arranged and by the behavior and the user's response to behavioral and Communication offers through a feedback system logged and statistically evaluated.
- user-specific data are registered when the user registers User loaded from a user database to them to be communicated to the feedback system for evaluation purposes.
- the virtual one defined on the server system Reality is in the form of world maps, maps, city maps, Streets, houses, shops, business facilities, Furniture, avatars, etc. hierarchically structured.
- the feedback system is determined by analyzing the Behavior and movement information of the user Success of different arrangements, put up and contents of arranged in virtual reality Advertising and marketing measures.
- the open community system shown in Figure 1 10 serves as the central for at least one user 16 Starting point for realistic information searches.
- the user 16 is preferably via the Internet 13 or a similar network structure with a server system 11 connected.
- the server system 11 provides the user 16 with the virtual ones Reality through a platform-independent definition to disposal.
- the user 16 can do this via a Get client system 12.
- the virtual reality should be as possible for the user be defined realistically, and it should be structured Allow access to the desired information.
- a possible hierarchical definition of the virtual Reality is in the form of world maps, maps, City maps, streets, houses, shops, public Furnishings, business equipment, furniture, Avatars conceivable. In this virtual reality the possibility at different realistic locations Means of information, advertising, communication and marketing to arrange.
- the open community platform creates an environment in which the determination of behavioral patterns of consumers and information seekers is effective and possible at all, since only here is everyday behavior equivalent possible. It is the interplay of degrees of movement and communication options that - in an immaterial environment - Behavior "enables.
- the possibility Community experience is that the user is creative and participant. This is the greatest incentive to be in the virtual world provided by the open community platform.
- the client system 12 is preferably a PC that is over has a browser with the corresponding plugins, to represent this virtual reality. But it is another client software is also conceivable, the navigation means 14, like position trackers, exo-skeleton, Data gloves, speech recognition system, electrical encefallogram systems supported.
- the client system can use head-mounted displays, Audio systems, touch systems and Force Feeback Full Motion Displays.
- a detailed Representation is the list of VR systems according to Biocca.
- the open community system 10 has a feedback system 15, every navigation movement of the user 16 logged and in connection with the definition the virtual reality of the server system 11
- Each user 16 is in the form of an avatar in the represented virtual reality.
- This avatar is one Representation of the system user, analogous to the movements and behavior of user 16 becomes. There are simple graphical, but also photorealistic Representations possible. So an avatar is a virtual contact in virtual locations. His appearance gives information about his willingness to communicate.
- the server system 11 mediates communication between the users represented by avatars 16. The type of Communication becomes possible through the possibilities of the client system 12 limited. So a video conference can only take place if the appropriate system requirements are met are.
- the server system 11 can consist of several coupled server systems 11a, 11b and 11c exist. Each of these server systems 11a, 11b and 11c can e.g. the definitions for a country or city to save.
- the individual server systems 11a, 11b and 11c are coupled to one another via the Internet 13. For the user 16, the physically separate ones appear Server systems 11a, 11b and 11c as a logical server system 11.
- Figure 2 thus shows the structure of a post office.
- this virtual post office is almost available to the user the same functionalities as in real life to disposal.
- One of these functionalities sending letters in the form of e-mails, sending them of radio telephone messages (SMS messages), sending faxes, as well as direct communication via videoconferencing and internet phones with others Users.
- Successful communication is through a corresponding termination message to the user 16 communicated.
- SMS messages radio telephone messages
- the user has the option of using the user database and the natural name the desired communication partner to determine. Via a contact exchange User 16 also has the option in the post office of chatens available.
