Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electrical Plug connection for those provided with pyrotechnic agents Restraint systems in motor vehicles according to the preamble of claim 1.
In such a known from DE 41 40 692 A1 electrical connector is the off-center Extended contact part to a grinder-shaped end that with the plug connection unplugged at the center Contact part rests and with plug connector inserted engages in a locking recess of the concentric contact sleeve. In this construction, the axial locking connection is through the relevant contact parts formed themselves. It exists with this known construction there is a risk that resilient grinder-like end of the off-center Contact part no longer after repeated actuation or with insufficient pressure to attack the Contact sleeve is brought, so that on the one hand the axial On the other hand, the snap connection can weaken and not it is guaranteed whether and that the contact connection in Is okay.
The object of the present invention is an electrical To create a connector of the type mentioned at the one with the plugging process a visible to the user There is an indication of whether the contact connection in Is okay or not.
To solve this problem are in an electrical Plug connection of the type mentioned in claim 1 specified features provided.
The measures according to the invention with the help of Coil spring achieves a so-called ejection effect, i.e. that the connector then from the coil spring is pushed back when the connection from Connector and connector in not or still is not given correctly. This is always ensured that either the contact connection is electrically correct, or otherwise that Is made apparent to the user when the Contact connection not or not correctly is carried out, since only when the latching is present is or is holding, the correct contact connection has been reached. Another advantage is that the Contact connection and the snap connection different pairs of components is divided.
With the features of claim 2 is a useful Design of the locking of connector and Plug connection reached. It can be useful to provide the features of claim 3, the one Allow locking with only one tool is unlockable again.
It is also from DE 41 40 692 A1 mentioned at the beginning known, the electrical connector with a spring-like short-circuit finger to be provided by the mentioned grinder-shaped extension is formed. On There is also a problem with this design in that the resilient wiper-like short-circuit finger possibly after repeated actuation, no more or only with insufficient pressure in its starting position on the centric contact part returns. To prevent this, the features according to claim 4 are provided, according to which other end of the coil spring as a radially inward curved Short-circuit finger is formed. This means that the short circuit finger even after repeated in and Unplug the connector in or from the connector the attack pressure necessary for short-circuit contacting maintains. In such a spring-like direction Short-circuit finger is a corresponding spring characteristic easily possible. This results in an expedient Embodiment by the features according to claim 5.
With the features according to claim 6 it is achieved that Housing of the connector, which has a supply line is connected to the concentric contact sleeves can be twisted. This is especially so with such Plug-in connections advantageous, where an angled Access to the lines and thus an angled housing on Connector is provided. That is how it is Establish the connector where the connector is relatively hidden, relieved.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen ergeben sich durch die Merkmale eines oder mehrerer der Ansprüche 7 bis 10.Further advantageous configurations result from the Features of one or more of claims 7 to 10.

unterbrochenen umlaufenden Rastrand 74 besitzt.
fluchten, versehen. Im Boden 76 sind außerdem in einem
Abstand um die äußere Kontakthülse 41 und den
Anschlußstegen 52, 56 abgewandt zwei kreisförmige
Schlitzausnehmungen 81 und 82 vorgesehen, durch die mit
Hilfe eines Werkzeuges die zugehörigen Rastränder 74
erreichbar und aus der Ringnut 18 im Stecksockelgehäuse 15
des Steckverbinders 11 entriegelbar sind.The
As mentioned, the contact pins 17 and 29 of the
Erst wenn der Aschlußstecker 12 in den Steckverbinder
11 verrastend eingesteckt ist, ist die Kurzschlußverbindung
zwischen dem zweiten Federende 31 der Wendelfeder 16 und
dem oberen Ende des zentrischen Kontaktstiftes 17
aufgehoben.
In
Only when the
Dies erleichtert
in vielen Fällen eine Steckmontage des Anschlusssteckers 12
auf einen versteckt liegenden bzw. nicht einsehbaren
Steckverbinder 11.Due to the inclusion of the
If a
