- the Layers can also be glued or applied continuously be connected in another way.
- the soft layer 3 forms an insert made of soft material, who along with the outer layer 1 attacks with Cutting discs largely ineffective. At the Cutting through the outer layer 1 heats up Cutting disc so far that it penetrates into the Soft layer 3 brings the material of the same to melt. The melt covers the cutting disc with a smooth one Layer, in particular the bumps in the surface fills the cutting disc and makes it ineffective.
- Delrin polyoxymethylene
- Ultramid B polyamide
- the outer layer 1 must be so strong that it is a ensures sufficient heating of the cutting disc.
- the Roughness of their inner surface makes it difficult or is not possible at all, the outer layer 1 completely to cut without penetrating the soft layer 3 and thus the effect of the soft layer 3 explained above trigger.
- the bumps should be from one Order of magnitude of no more than a few centimeters, e.g. B. about 5 cm or preferably 2 cm, d. H. level Patches should not be at least in one direction be much larger so that it is not possible cut larger pieces out of the outer layer, the then the use of other mechanical tools against the Soft layer, etc. would allow.
- the depth of the Bumps are preferably a few millimeters.
- the thickness of the soft layer 3 is preferably at least 8 mm.
- the inside of the outer wall 1 be irregularly structured or be wavy or else have a group of parallel webs or ribs which in regular intervals, preferably again a few Centimeters, e.g. B. about 2 cm, successive or two or more such groups crossing each other.
- a continuous soft layer can also be used Soft material is used that is not continuous, e.g. B. strips or stains is attached, although of course to choose the distribution so that a cut out of a Part of the wall element with a cutting disc without contact the soft layer is difficult or impossible.
- Inserts of the described type can also in moving parts of a Wall elements such as bars and. a. be provided.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a breakthrough-proof wall element for burglar-proof rooms and containers such as B. safes, Lockers or key boxes like the one in External building walls embedded and glued to the same, used for emergencies like the outbreak of a Fire or a chemical accident building key like this to keep them for authorized persons, e.g. B. fire or Chemical weir, accessible in any case, but for unauthorized persons are inaccessible. An additional aspect of the invention relates to a lock for burglar-proof rooms and Container as mentioned above and another aspect the Training a key box.
Breakthrough-proof wall elements that consist of one layer or several layers of metal, especially stainless steel exist, are generally known. Such wall elements have the disadvantage that they are exposed to a Cutting wheel relatively little resistance oppose. Security against such an attack can only ensure a high wall thickness, which however depends on Dimension, weight and cost of the wall element unfavorable effect. From US-H-1'061 is a generic Known wall element, the successive flat layers made of stainless steel and plastic, in particular Has polymethyl methacrylate or polycarbonate. The Plastic layers should primarily attack Complicate burners. However, such change elements point not particularly high resistance to attacks with Cutting discs. From DE-C-32 41 526 it is known between an inner wall and an outer wall of a safe, both of which are made of steel to arrange a filling which from a tough-elastic rubber compound, Thermoplastics or polyurethane and in the same embedded hard pieces made of aluminum or zirconium oxide consists. An attack is mainly caused by the Development of smoke in the burning compound difficult. However, such a wall does not offer either satisfactory security against an attack with a Cutting disc.
In the case of burglar-proof rooms and containers, the Lock - door, lid or the like - a well-known Weak spot. Resistance to Cutting disc attacks are often insufficient.
Dies gilt insbesondere für Schlüsselbüchsen, wie z. B. einem Prospekt 'Zugangssystem' der Firma Helbling & Co. AG Feuerwehrtechnik, CH-8645 Jona eine entnehmbar ist. This applies in particular to key boxes, such as. B. one Brochure 'Access system' from Helbling & Co. AG Feuerwehrtechnik, CH-8645 Jona a can be removed.
The primary object of the invention is
to specify a generic wall element, the moderate
Wall thickness and relatively light weight and
low cost high resistance to attack
with a cutting disc. This task is accomplished by
the features in the characterizing part of
The advantages achieved by the invention are therein too see that when trying to get the outer layer of the wall element to cut with a cutting disc, this inevitably penetrates into the soft layer and is therefore practical is rendered ineffective. This will further advance prevented. This effect already occurs with outer layers of relatively low strength, so that the overall wall thickness can be kept low. safes o. Like. With wall elements according to the invention can therefore much less with the same amount of space Have external dimensions and are also essential lighter. The manufacturing costs are because of Material savings significantly among those known generic wall elements with comparable Characteristics. Wall elements according to the invention are suitable also very good for movable fasteners from Locks for burglar-proof rooms and containers where Attacks with cutting discs and other tools mostly begin.

Das erfindungsgemässe Wandelement umfasst eine durchgehende
Aussenschicht 1 aus Metall, vorzugsweise aus rostfreiem
Stahl, welche regelmäsig über ihre Innenfläche verteilte
quadratische Erhebungen 2 aufweist, deren Seitenlänge z. B.
The wall element according to the invention comprises a continuous
Die Weichschicht 3 bildet einen Einsatz aus Weichmaterial,
der zusammen mit der Aussenschicht 1 Angriffe mit
Trennscheiben weitgehend wirkungslos macht. Beim
The
Basically, all come as materials for the
8 mm.The
It is of course from the embodiment shown

As already mentioned, a wall element according to the invention can advantageous as a movable closure part of a Closure for a burglar-proof room or container, z. B. can be used as a door of a safe. Another one An example of a corresponding container is one Key box, as related below 2a, b, 3a-c, 4a-c is described in detail.
Auftrennen erschwert. Das Schlüsselrohr 7 umschliesst einen
Innenraum zur Aufnahme eines Gebäudeschlüssels 16. Es können
natürlich auch andere Gegenstände dort untergebracht werden. The cylindrical housing of the key box has (Fig. 2a)

Fig. 3a-c, 4a-c) besteht,
verhindert. Zur Entriegelung wird der Verschlussriegel 23
mittels des Schliesszylinders in die Entriegelungsstellung
(Fig. 4a-c) gedreht (s.
A holding
Verriegelungsnocken 25a ragt.To secure the closure in the event that the
So that the locking
Pfeile in Fig.
However, since the locking
Verschlussteils 9 verhindert. If, however, the locking
It is possible to use a flat disk instead of a cam disk to use the pen always out of engagement with the Locking latch holds so that this is only made when the disc falls off. Because the movement of the pen, however could be hindered by unforeseen influences and also the spring would remain under strong permanent tension it is safer to guide the pen so that it is in the Locked position engages with the locking bolt. Further modifications of this further aspect of the Invention is of course possible. It is crucial Presence of a safety device, which at least in the locking position of the locking bar the same blocked if not by other means, in particular that of an unlocking element that at Separation of the locking bolt from the locking cylinder except Strengthened is prevented.
To protect especially the lock cylinder 14 (Fig.
2a, b) a
Verriegelungsstift 39 einen starken Permanentmagneten 44.In the normal case, a pivoting of the
Verschlussdeckels 9 frei. Nun kann der Büchsenschlüssel 15
in die Schlüsselöffnung des Schliesszylinders 14 eingeführt
und der Verschlussdeckel 9 entriegelt und entfernt werden,
worauf der Gebäudeschlüssel 16 entnommen werden kann.Should the key box be opened in the event of an alarm?
, the
In many cases it is desirable that the
Key box, e.g. B. for inspection purposes, even without
Triggering an alarm and without a corresponding signal to the
To secure the
There are of course various modifications of the last one illustrated aspect of the invention possible without the basic idea of the invention would leave. So is it is easily conceivable, no way of unlocking of the lid by direct external influence on the To provide a key box, but only Remote unlocking, preferably via a suitable cable. However, the remote release can be opened instead of as shown Pneumatically, hydraulically or by electromagnetic means done in a different mechanical manner. Also one Remote unlocking by electromagnetic waves - radio, Infrared or optical signals - is conceivable. Vice versa can also on the possibility of remote unlocking waived and only the possibility of unlocking by direct external influence on the Key box can be provided.
Unlocking of the cover is also provided, if provided through direct external influence on the same enable, so are next to the described magnetic other ways are possible. It is always crucial that the Cover that easily and in the event of an alarm by authorized personnel must be unlockable quickly, otherwise neither without opened further, i.e. without the use of special tools can still be manipulated in such a way that it can also be manipulated with the tools provided or not immediately is open. This can also be achieved by using a Unlocking with mechanical, e.g. B. pneumatic Tools is made possible. It can be a big one require mechanical force without a special tool cannot be applied. The method described, at which is a strong permanent magnet as a special tool for Unlocking has the particular advantage that there are no openings in the housing of the key box requires and in particular the unity of the front in does not need to be affected in any way.
Also from the last described aspect of the invention can be used regardless of the previously described be made. A lid secured according to the invention also offers conventionally trained Key boxes provide effective vandal protection. With a Key box, in which all aspects of the Invention used will be a comprehensive one Security improvement achieved.
