Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a storage tank for combustible Liquids, especially heating oil, waste oil, lubricating oil or diesel fuel, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Storage tanks of this type are primarily used for storage of heating oil used in buildings. To a wall the storage room or a separate drip pan To be able to do without, double-walled tanks come to the Use where the outer shell to prevent leakage of the inner container. As additional protection against Fire exposure is known to the outer shell as closed Metal collection container, through which the tank connections are passed. To protect against corrosion, such tanks must be on Base frame can be put on. Being a disadvantage here viewed the elaborate design that is required is to double the function of the collecting container Ensure leakage and fire protection.
Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the object to develop a storage tank based on easy to manufacture and high fire resistance and guaranteed leakage.
To solve this problem is the in claim 1 specified combination of features proposed. The dependent ones Claims contain advantageous refinements and developments of the invention.
A particularly advantageous design provides that the Inner container of its basic shape cylindrical and koaxiai arranged with the outer container is, the fire protection mantle the inner container on the jacket side encloses. Another improvement also in With regard to space-saving use of space can achieved that the collecting container is cup-shaped and that the inner container and the fire protection jacket arranged standing in the collecting container are. It is also beneficial if the fire protection jacket made of sheet steel is trained.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention the fire protection jacket consists of several ones in the circumferential direction to a rotating around the inner container Sheathing complementary shell segments that under Expansion of the casing against each other are movable. Through these measures it is achieved that even with thermal deformation of the inner container the risk of a pressing heat-conducting Contact the local fire protection jacket Overheating is reduced. To the fire protection coat it is always an advantage to keep it closed if there are adjacent jacket segments of the fire protection jacket at their in the axial direction of the inner container longitudinal stripes running flat against each other overlap. One for square or rectangular container cross-sections suitable fire protection jacket can be realized in that four in Cross section of rectangular shell segments provided are located on the free longitudinal edges of their thighs forming a square or in outline overlap the rectangular casing in pairs.
The expansion of the fire protection jacket is advantageous thereby allowing the shell segments through guide elements in the overlap plane of the Longitudinal edge strips perpendicular to their longitudinal direction against each other are guided. In one particularly simple construction are the guide elements formed in cross section U-shaped holding plates, which on the upper and lower front edges of the jacket segments the overlapping longitudinal edge strips on the front reach around.
In terms of production technology, it is favorable if the inner container and the collecting container preferably as blow molded parts are made of polyethylene.
For space-saving use of space in particular Block placement of several tanks, it is advantageous if the inner container, the fire protection jacket and the Collection container a square or in cross section have a rectangular cylindrical shape. To increase the The inner container and the collecting container can have inherent stability several each in the axial direction at a distance mutually arranged, circumferential groove-shaped Have indents.
The collecting container is advantageously less dense Limiting the space with the inner container connected and a leak detector is provided the one leak sensor engaging in the space having. To both the occurrence of a leak detect the inner container as well as the collecting container To be able to, the leak detector can generate means have a negative pressure in the intermediate space, the leak sensor for detecting a leak-related Pressure compensation designed as a pressure sensor is.
