Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung eines Zwirns mit geringer Kringelneigung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man(a) in einem ununterbrochenen Verfahrensablauf unmittelbar an einen Spinnprozeß einen Zwirnprozeß anschließt,(b) den zeitlichen Abstand zwischen der Beendigung der Spinnphase < 1 Sekunde wählt, und(c) die Fadenzugkraft zum Zeitpunkt der Beendigung der Spinnphase und die Fadenzugkraft zum Zeitpunkt der Beendigung der Zwirnphase annähernd auf den gleichen Wert einstellt.
- Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung eines Zwirnes mit geringer Kringelneigung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man(a) in einem ununterbrochenen Verfahrensablauf unmittelbar an einen Spinnprozeß einen Zwirnprozeß anschließt,(b) den zeitlichen Abstand zwischen der Beendigung der Spinnphase und der Beendigung der Zwirnphase < 1 Sekunde wählt, und(c) die Fadenzugkraft zum Zeitpunkt der Beendigung der Zwirnphase auf einen Wert > 70 % der Fadenzugkraft zum Zeitpunkt der Beendigung der Spinnphase einstellt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen zeitlichen Abstand zwischen der Beendigung der Spinnphase und der Beendigung der Zwirnphase von < 0,5 Sekunde festlegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen zeitlichen Abstand von < 0,1 Sekunde festlegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spinn-Zwirn-Liefergeschwindigkeit in Abhängigkeit von dem herzustellenden Zwirn auf folgende Werte eingestellt wird:
