Claims (7)
- Schalteinrichtung mit einem beweglichen Schaltstück (2) zur Herstellung einer Trennstrecke (4) und mit einem im Schaltstück (2) integrierten Schaltelement (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltelement ein Halbleiter-Schaltelement (1) ist.
- Schalteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Substrat des Halbleiter-Schaltelements (1) Silizium ist.
- Schalteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Substrat des Halbleiter-Schaltelements (1) Siliziumcarbid ist.
- Schalteinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halbleiter-Schaltelement (1) derart angeschlossen ist, daß es bei Stromführung des beweglichen Schaltstücks (2) in Reihe zu diesem liegt.
- Schalteinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Schaltstück (2) fernbetatigbar ausgeführt ist.
- Schalteinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese mehrphasig ausgeführt ist.
- Schalteinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß deren bewegliche Schaltstücke (2) bei mehrphasiger Ausbildung an einen gemeinsamen Antrieb gekoppelt sind.
