Water outlet valve arrangement according to at least one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that it is arranged in an outlet fitting (1) on a washbasin or sink unit (2) together with the detection arrangement (5), whereas the control means (4) and the additional valve (3) are arranged separately beneath the washbasin or sink unit (2), wherein the control means (4) with the additional valve (3), and the detection device (5), are supplied with electrical energy from a power supply system (40) or from a battery.
  8. Water outlet valve arrangement according to at least one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the control means (4), the additional valve (3) and the detection device (5) are integrated in an outlet fitting, the control means (4), the detection device (5) and the additional valve (3) being supplied with electrical energy from one or more batteries arranged in the outlet fitting or by way of a line lead out of the outlet fitting.
  9. Method for the control of water outflow from an outlet fitting having a valve controllable by a hand-operable control for mixing cold and hot water and/or for metering the amount flowing out per unit of time, the water outflow additionally being capable of being switched on and off contactlessly by a detection device provided with a sensor and having an electrical control means, characterised by the following steps:
    a) activation of the control means (4) and of the detection device (5) by the opening movement of the hand-operable control(14) for the valve (10);
    b) opening of the additional valve (3) in the outflow region by the control means (4);
    c) control or opening or closing of the additional valve (3) by the detection device (5);
    d) deactivation of the control means (4) with the detection device (5) and blocking of the additional valve (3) by moving the hand-operable control (14) into the shut-off position for the valve (10).
  10. Method for the control of water outflow from an outlet fitting having a valve controllable by a hand-operable control for mixing cold and hot water and/or for metering the amount flowing out per unit of time, the water outflow additionally being capable of being switched on and off cantactlessly by a detection device provided with a sensor and having an electrical control means, characterised by the following steps:
    a) activation of the control means (4) and opening of an additional valve (3) by contact with a surface (141) of the hand-operable control (14) by the user and by holding open the valve (3) during the period of contact;
    b) activation of the closing process of the additional valve by interrupting contact with the surface (141) of the hand-operable control (14) by the user, the closing process preferably being delayed by a timer;
    c) activation of the detection device is effected only when the contact with the surface (141) is interrupted, and the mechanical valve (10) is in the open position;
    d) deactivation of the control means (4) with the detection device (5) is effected once the mechanical valve (10) has been brought into its closed position and contact with the surface (141) by the user has been interrupted.
  11. Method according to claim 9 or 10, characterised in that a timer, preferably adjustable from 0 to 5 minutes, is associated with the detection device (5), the timer delaying the closure of the additional valve (3).
