Abstract
Description
- par une douille centrale dont les formes et dimensions de la partie intérieure sont adaptées à celles des moyens d'entraínement interne du cylindre, cette douille comportant, en saillie de sa face cylindrique externe, au moins deux segments espacés d'une nervure circulaire ayant une section transversale rétentive,
- par deux demi coquilles cylindriques constituant le corps du paneton, ces deux demi coquilles s'assemblant suivant un plan de joint diamétral et comprenant, chacune et intérieurement, une gorge semi cylindrique centrale de section complémentaire de celle des segments de nervure circulaire de la douille, et deux portées latérales semi cylindriques bordées chacune par une nervure semi circulaire,
- par un moyen de liaison entre la douille centrale et la demi coquille portant le paneton,
- et par une portée cylindrique et une gorge circulaire ménagées à l'extrémité interne de chacun des rotors, cette portée étant apte à coopérer avec la portée semi cylindrique correspondante des deux demi coquilles pour assurer le guidage en rotation du paneton, tandis que chaque gorge est apte à coopérer avec la nervure circulaire correspondante des deux demi coquilles, pour assurer le calage en translation des rotors et le renforcement du cylindre.
Claims (3)
- Dispositif de renforcement de la liaison des éléments d'un cylindre de serrure comprenant deux demi cylindres (2) composés chacun d'un corps de stator (3), d'un rotor (4) avec un collet externe (23) et de verrous internes et dans lequel les corps (3) des deux stators sont séparés par un espace contenant un corps de paneton monté libre en rotation, mais pouvant être lié en rotation à l'un ou l'autre des rotors par des moyens d'entraínement interne (17) actionnables par une clé, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué :par une douille centrale (12) dont les formes et dimensions de la partie intérieure sont adaptées à celles des moyens d'entraínement interne (17) du cylindre, cette douille comportant, en saillie de sa face cylindrique externe, au moins deux segments espacés (16a, 16b) d'une nervure circulaire ayant une section transversale rétentive,par deux demi coquilles cylindriques (13, 14) constituant le corps du paneton (7), ces deux demi coquilles s'assemblant suivant un plan de joint diamétral et comprenant, chacune et intérieurement, une gorge semi cylindrique centrale (18), de section complémentaire de celle des segments de nervure (16a, 16b) de la douille (12), et deux portées latérales semi cylindriques (20) bordées chacune par une nervure semi circulaire (22),par un moyen (15) de liaison entre la douille centrale (12) et la demi coquille (14) portant le paneton (7),et par une portée cylindrique (24) et une gorge circulaire (25) ménagées à l'extrémité interne de chacun des rotors (4), cette portée (24) étant apte à coopérer avec la portée semi cylindrique (20) correspondante des deux demi coquilles (13, 14) pour assurer le guidage en rotation du paneton (7), tandis que chaque gorge (25) est apte à coopérer avec la nervure semi circulaire correspondante (22) des deux demi coquilles, pour assurer le calage en translation des rotors et le renforcement du cylindre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison entre la douille centrale (12) et la demi coquille (14) portant le paneton (7) comprend un verrou (15), monté coulissant dans un alésage (30) ménagé radialement dans le paneton (7) et débouchant à l'intérieur de la demi coquille, un bouchon fileté (33), vissé dans l'extrémité filetée de cet alésage, et un ressort de rappel (32) interposé entre le bouchon et le verrou et chassant ce verrou en direction de la douille centrale, tandis que cette douille (12) comporte au moins un alésage radial (35) apte à recevoir l'extrémité (15a) du verrou (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des rallonges (40) s'interposant longitudinalement entre les deux demi coquilles (13, 14) et l'extrémité interne d'au moins l'un des rotors (4), chaque rallonge étant composée de deux demi bagues cylindriques qui, s'assemblant suivant un plan diamétral, sont montées libres en rotation dans l'alésage d'une rallonge (46) du corps de stator (3) et présentent chacune, d'un côté et extérieurement, une portée semi cylindrique (41) et une gorge semi circulaire (42), de mêmes dimensions que celles (24, 25) ménagées aux extrémités internes des rotors (4), et de l'autre côté et intérieurement, une portée semi cylindrique (43) bordée par une nervure interne semi circulaire (44), de mêmes dimensions, que celles (20, 22) ménagées latéralement dans les deux demi coquilles (13, 14).
