Diese Inbetriebnahme kann beispielsweise bei Schließen des Zündstromkreises durch den hierfür vorgesehenen Fahrzeugschlüssel vorgenommen werden. Auf diese Weise ist sichergestellt, daß das Freigabesignal nur auslösbar ist, wenn der Besitzer des Fahrzeugschlüssels den Zündstromkreis geschlossen hat. Der mechanische Anteil des Fahrzeugschlüssels dient als zusätzliche Absicherung. Wird der Zündstromkreis geschlossen und der Identifizierungscode dann ausgelöst, wird der Sender von der vorliegenden Berechtigung des Benutzers informiert. Das Auslösen des Freigabesignals ist dann jederzeit und solange möglich, wie beispielsweise der Zündstromkreis des Fahrzeugs geschlossen ist. Das Zusammenspiel der verschiedenen Komponenten, die im Rahmen der Erfindung
verwendet werden, ist anhand des dargestellten Diagramms weiter erläutert.
Es sei der Anwendungsfall eines Fahrzeugs betrachtet, bei dem ein Sender zum
Auslösen bzw. Bedienen beispielsweise eines Garagentors vorgesehen ist. Üblicherweise
befindet sich der Sender 1 fest in einem Fahrzeug eingebaut. Er sendet
ein Fernbedienungssignal, beispielsweise in Form eines üblichen Wechselcodes
aus. Ein Garagentor, das mit einem Empfänger 2 versehen ist, wird auf diese Weise
betätigt. Der Wechselcode ist in üblicher Weise aufgebaut. Er ändert sich beispielsweise
bei jeder Betätigung oder aber nach einer definierten Anzahl von Betätigungen

auslesbaren Identifizierungscode enthält. Das Identifizierungsmittel (Schlüssel)
5 wird durch den berechtigten Benutzer betätigt, beispielsweise indem er es in ein
Zündschloß eines Fahrzeugs (nicht dargestellt) einführt. An das Schließen des
Zündstromkreises anschließend bzw. unmittelbar damit verbunden ist das Auslösen
des Identifizierungscodes durch die Identifizierungseinrichtung 4, die damit die
berechtigte Inbetriebnahme des Fahrzeugs erkennt und damit ein Freigabesignal
über die Leitung 3 an den Sender 1 abgibt. Solange diese Berechtigung vorliegt, d.
h. solange der Fahrzeugbenutzer den Schlüssel 5 im Zündschloß beläßt, ist der
Sender 1 damit in der Lage, das Fernbedienungssignal abzugeben. Dies erfolgt in
der Regel durch den Fahrzeugbenutzer dann, wenn er sich seiner Garage nähert
bzw. wenn er diese verläßt. Wird der Schlüssel 5 aus dem Zündschloß entnommen,
so wird dies durch die Identifizierungseinrichtung 4 erkannt und dem Sender
1 eine entsprechende Information mitgeteilt. Dieser ist dann nicht mehr in der Lage,

1 zur Abgabe des Fernbedienungssignal zu veranlassen, auch wenn der unberechtigte
Benutzer den Schlüssel 5 und die Chipcard 7 sowie das Gehäuse 6 besitzt
