Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a commutator for a rotor Electrical machines with rotor winding and rotor shaft the genus defined in the preamble of claim 1.
In a known commutator of this type (WO 90/04864) the connecting lugs as at an acute angle to the Slats bent back towards the hook A winding wire runs around the bottom of the hook. The electrical and mechanical connection between the winding wires and the connecting lugs are made by bending the hooks under simultaneous exposure to ultrasound, for which the sonotrode Ultrasonic welding device also used as a bending tool and by ultrasonically welding the hook ends to the Collector fins.
With a likewise known commutator (e.g. GB 2 202 095 A) the lugs are located radially from the lamella ends and take the near the point where they bend Winding wires of the rotor winding. The electrical and mechanical connection between the winding wires and the Connection lugs are made by ultrasonic torsion welding. The high-frequency torsional vibrations are extreme Hollow sonotrode performing small amplitudes Welding device over the one pressed on the rotor shaft Commutator pushed and pressed with its ring-shaped Welding surface with high axial force (e.g. 1000N) on the um the connecting lugs on the winding wires. For Support of the commutator and to keep the oscillation To prevent connection lugs during welding free ends of the connection lugs on in the axial direction of the Commutator facing away from an anvil gripped and held during the welding process.
The disadvantage of such commutators is that they are relatively large Dimension in the radial direction with the requirement for a correspondingly large installation space, which in many machines or Engine types is not available. In addition, it can Insofar welding process to damage the commutator come when the connection of the copper fins to Insulating body due to the high axial force of the sonotrode is extremely stressed, which on the one hand the tightness of the slats affect on the insulating body and on the other hand change the position of the commutator on the rotor shaft can.
The commutator according to the invention with the characteristic Features of claim 1 has the advantage of Space savings in the radial direction, because of the acute-angled course of the connecting lugs of the diameter the outer circle on which the ends of the appendix flags lie, is much smaller with the same length of the connecting lugs. In addition, there are manufacturing advantages with Ultrasonic torsion welding because of the axial force of the sonotrode in the form of compressive stress absorbed by the insulating body becomes what the strength behavior of the insulating body accommodates. Through the inclination of the connection lugs is also the axial force acting on the insulating body reduced, namely by the cosine of the angle of attack Connection flags. Another advantage arises when you look at the Torsional vibrations taken into account that the sonotrode at Welding process. With side by side Winding wires on the terminal lugs is through the Slanting the connector lugs the distance on each Terminal lug inside and outside winding wires smaller from each other than with the known commutator radially projecting connecting lugs. This will make the undesirable difference between the different sizes Amplitudes of the sonotrode on the two outer ones Winding wires somewhat reduced. This further effects Slanting of the connection lugs at first not Colinear alignment of the axes of the sonotrode and commutator self-centering of the sonotrode during the Welding process.
By the measures listed in the other claims are advantageous further developments and improvements in Claim 1 specified commutator possible.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention the side edges of the oblique with respect to the commutator axis employed connecting lugs profiled, the profiling from several, worked into each side flank, there are adjacent grooves. Be in these grooves the winding wires wrapped around the connecting lugs at least partially positively and so one Slipping of the winding wires from the connection lugs at the Establishing the wire connection between the rotor winding and Commutator and prevented during the subsequent welding process.
This is supported by the fact that according to another Embodiment of the invention the wire connection between the Rotor winding and the connecting lugs in hook winding technology, preferably in α-wrap-around technology, at which connects the wires of a coil of the rotor winding the diametrically opposite connecting lugs are placed, so that the winding wires are in the area of the rotor shaft cross. Thanks to this winding technology, large Radial forces absorbed at the winding head of the rotor winding and in addition the location of the winding wires is on the inclined connection lugs during assembly and stabilized very well during the welding process.

(Fig. 4) aufgepreßt wird.
der Stützstege 15.The one in Fig. 1 in front view and in Fig. 2 in longitudinal section
shown commutator, collector or commutator for one
electrical machine has a
mehreren, in jeder Seitenflanke 141,142 eingearbeitete,
nebeneinanderliegende Rillen 17 besteht, deren Rillengrund an
To accommodate the winding or connecting wires 18 (in FIG. 4
dashed lines) indicating the connection of each
Coils of the rotor winding to the

14 ein.4 are three to a
hergestellt. Die hierzu verwendete Schweißvorrichtung ist in
Fig. 4 schematisch dargestellt.
In the case as described above, on the
