Definitions
- the invention relates to a ceiling structure with mounting rails and between these suspended plate-shaped ceiling elements for Forming a suspended ceiling, being by unhooking the individual ceiling elements of the cavity behind the suspended Ceiling is accessible.
- the ceiling elements individually down to fold, e.g. on one side of a ceiling element pivotally attached latch released from the mounting rail be so that the ceiling element is facing down on this side pivots while being articulated on the opposite side attached hook elements on the mounting rail is held so that the downward pivoted ceiling element to enlarge the Opening in the ceiling structure can be moved along the mounting rail can.
- this known ceiling structure are different designed movable hanging elements on a ceiling element to attach, which makes the production relatively complex and so that the manufacturing costs are correspondingly high.
- the invention has for its object a ceiling structure trained in such a way that the ceiling elements with a simple and therefore inexpensive design for Access to the cavity above the suspended ceiling Carrier rails can be hung or moved.
- this is essentially achieved in that a mounting rail with one above the other at a distance, webs running in the longitudinal direction of the rail is provided, on which hooks or hanging elements on the individual ceiling elements can be hung.
- Fig. 1a shows side by side suspended between mounting rails 1
- Ceiling elements 2 in the form of elongated plates, with the Narrow sides of the ceiling elements 2 hooks 23 (Fig. 2 and 3) are formed which the angled upward end 4 of a Reach over webs 5 on the mounting rail 1.
- the ceiling elements are hung in the same way.
- a ceiling element 2 After hanging a ceiling element 2 from the upper web 5 this can be on the lower web 6 be hung in, whereupon the ceiling element 2 'suspended below under the ceiling elements still attached to the upper web 5 2 can be moved along the mounting rail, as shown in Fig. 1b indicated by arrows and in Fig. 2 by dashed lines Reproduction of the ceiling element suspended below is.
- the mounting rail 1 L-profile 8 on, for example by means of suspension elements a raw ceiling is hung.
- a U-profile 9 On the horizontal Leg of this L-profile 8 is a U-profile 9 by riveting or Screwed attached, as indicated at 10.
- the horizontal lying legs of the U-profile 9 are angled upwards.
- an L-profile 8 can be used additional U-profile 9 are attached so that the horizontal lying legs of the two adjacent U-profiles 9 stand out against each other.
- Fig. 2 shows another embodiment of a mounting rail 1, the consists of a hollow profile, on both sides of which horizontally projecting legs 5 and 6 are formed.
- a U-profile 11 On the The top of the hollow profile is a U-profile 11 that is open at the top formed, the leg ends 13 double inwards are angled.
- a suspension element only indicated schematically 12 which can be attached to a bare ceiling, for example, engages between the two inwardly projecting leg ends 13 of the U-profile 11 and holds the mounting rail 1 in a predetermined Distance from the bare ceiling.
- the hooks or suspension elements 23 are attached to the Ceiling elements 2 in relation to the distance between the webs 5 and 6 arranged so that when hanging the ceiling elements 2 on the upper web 5, the underside of a ceiling element 2 essentially with the underside of the mounting rail 1.
- Fig. 2 is the lower Side edge 24 of the ceiling element 2 at a short distance from the angled end 7 of the lower web 6, so in between the hook 23 of a ceiling element suspended underneath 2 can be moved along the mounting rail 1.
- the ceiling element 2 essentially from a sheet metal plate with angled Edge sections that form the side walls, the side walls 3 are slightly extended upwards and the free edge to Formation of the hook 23 is angled outwards.
- the hooks or hanging elements 23 on the ceiling elements 2 can be formed in a simple manner that at a ceiling element 2 made of sheet metal, the side wall 3 for hanging is continuously bent in a hook shape on the support rail.
- a ceiling element 2 Provide hooks 23 or the like, by means of which a Ceiling element is attached to the support rail 1. So can for example at the front and rear end of a ceiling element 2 a hook 23 are formed.
- the hook 23 is slightly outside of lower edge 24 of a ceiling element 2, so that a small Distance between the lower edge of a ceiling element 2 and the adjacent free end of a web 5 or 6 remains.
- the side wall 3 for this Ceiling element 2 slightly inclined to the outside, as shown in Fig. 2 and 3 show. As a result, remains suspended when moving the below Ceiling element 2 'in Fig. 3 sufficient space so that Hook between the end of the web 6 and the side edge 24 of the overlying ceiling element 2 can be moved.
- the height dimension of the ceiling elements is also possible 2 in relation to the distance between the webs 5 and 6 and vice versa interpret that the side edge 24 of the ceiling elements 2 so over the lower web 6 is arranged that on the two different Levels the hooks or suspension elements 23 of the lower ceiling element not with the underside of the upper Ceiling elements collide, even if there is no significant distance between the lower edge 24 of a ceiling element 2 and the free end of a web 5 or 6 remains.
- Fig. 3 shows a wall connection of the ceiling structure
- the Support rail 1 with only one-sided webs 5 and 6 an L-profile 14 with the interposition of a gypsum fibreboard 15 is attached.
- the L-profile 14 is attached to a wall 16.
- the mounting rail 1 consists of a U-profile, its upper leg for attachment to the L-profile 14 serves for receiving, while the lower leg at the free end the hook 23 is angled upwards.
- the U profile is a Z-profile used, one leg for attachment to the U-profile serves while the opposite protrudes Leg is provided for hanging the ceiling elements 2.
- the ceiling elements 2 can be perforated, for example Be sheet metal plate formed in a layer 17 of mineral wool is arranged on the sides and top of plasterboard strips 18 is covered.
- a self-adhesive moltoprene tape reproduced that for sealing between the top of a Ceiling element 2 and the structure above it is provided, which in this case consists of a Fermazel strip 20.
- Strips 21 are attached on both sides of the sealing strip 19, which, for example, from foaming when exposed to heat Material can exist and for further sealing in the event of fire can be provided.
- the L-profile 14 carrying the mounting rail 1 with a Plasterboard strips 22 covered.
- the ceiling elements 2 in the normal position on the upper web 5 of the mounting rail 1 hooked in and for sliding along the mounting rail at the bottom Web 6 hooked in. It is also possible to attach the ceiling elements hook the lower bar in the normal state and move it to move up.
- the ceiling elements can be made of metal or another Building material exist.
- the ceiling structure can be used as a fire protection ceiling be formed. It can also do without fire protection requirements For example, be designed as a chilled ceiling.
- Individual hooks 23 or corresponding hooking elements can be attached attached to the ceiling element 2 by riveting or screwing or be molded directly onto this, for example by a Die cut.
- Fig. 4 shows another embodiment of the suspension on one Ceiling element 2, which is a perspective view from above reproduced and made of a sheet metal with angled Edge sections 28, 30 is formed.
