Claims (9)
- Schneidwerk für einen Dokumentenvernichter, insbesondere mit Streifenschnitt, mit zwei zusammenwirkenden Schneidwalzen (12), die Schneidscheiben (13) mit kreisförmigen Umfangflächen (18) aufweisen, die von Schneidkanten (16) begrenzt sind und zwischen denen Zwischenräume (14) vorgesehen sind, in die Schneidscheiben der jeweils anderen Schneidwalze (12) eingreifen, mit einer Aufrauhung (20) der Schneidscheiben-Umfangsflächen (18), daduruch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsflächen (18) zumindest im Schneidkantenbereich (16) der Schneidscheiben (13) eine durch Strahlbehandlung unregelmäßig aufgerauhte Oberfläche aufweisen.
- Scheidwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gesamten Umfangsflächen (18) eine unregelmäßige Aufrauhung (20) aufweisen.
- Schneidwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsfläche (18) sand- oder kugelgestrahlt ist.
- Schneidwerk nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfang der Schneidscheiben (13) V-förmig ausgebildet ist und die aufgerauhten Umfangsflächen (18) beidseitig der V-Nut (19) liegen und von Schneidkanten (16) begrenzt sind.
- Schneidwerk nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsfläche (18) in Umfangsrichtung ununterbrochen ist.
- Schneidwerk nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheidscheiben (13) einer Schneidwalze (12) je eine Schneidkante (16) aufweisen, die mit einer ihr entgegengesetzt gerichteten Schneidkante (16) einer Schneidscheibe (13) der anderen Schneidwalze (12), ggf. unter gegenseitigem Kontaktdruck, zusammenwirkt, wobei sich an die Schneidkante (16) eine im wesentlichen zylindrische, ungleichmäßig aufgerauhte Umfangsfläche (18) anschließt und daran eine abgeschrägte Rückenflanke (22).
- Schneidwerk nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufrauhung (20) vor dem Einstechen der Zwischenräume (14) zwischen den Schneidscheiben (13) und vor dem Härten der Schneidwalzen (12) vorgenommen ist.
- Schneidwerk nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkanten (16) zwischen den Umfangsflächen (18) und im wesentlichen radialen Flanken (17) der Schneidscheiben (13) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Bereich der Schneidkante (16) geringfügig über die radiale Flanken-Ausrichtung in den Zwischenraum (14) hineinragt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schneidwerkes nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidwalzen aus Rundmaterial hergestellt werden, dessen ggf. vorbearbeitete Oberfläche (18) durch Sand- oder Kugelstrahlung mit der unregelmäßigen Aufrauhung (20) versehen wird, daß danach die Zwischenräume (14) eingestochen werden und vorzugsweise danach die Oberfläche gehärtet wird.
