Dennoch ist der Außendeckel jederzeit unter geringem Kraftaufwand von dem Behälter zu lösen. Dies ist zum Beispiel notwendig, wenn ein Beutel mit Feuchtetüchern in der Box nachgefüllt werden soll.
Der Außendeckel ist darüber hinaus mit einer Öffnung versehen. Vorteilhafterweise kann statt einer Öffnung auch eine Vertiefung im Außendeckel ausgebildet sein, die eine beliebig geformte Aussparung zur Entnahme der Feuchtetücher enthält.
Die Aussparung selbst kann wiederum durch eine weitgehend beliebig geformte Mimik teilweise verschlossen sein. Mit Hilfe dieser Mimik wird erreicht, daß bei der Entnahme des obersten der üblicherweise geschichtet abgelegten Feuchtetüchern die anschließenden am Austritt aus der Box gehindert werden, indem sie an der besagten Mimik durch Reibung hängen bleiben.
Weiterhin weist die Box einen Innendeckel auf, der an dem Außendeckel angelenkt ist, und zwar vorzugsweise mittels eines herkömmlichen Filmscharniers. Dieser Innendeckel verschließt reversibel die in dem Außendeckel vorgesehene Öffnung.
Der Innendeckel weist dazu an der Seite, die derjenigen gegenüberliegt, an der der Außendeckel angelenkt ist, eine Ausformung auf, die in eine entsprechend geformte Ausnehmung im Außendeckel greift.
Durch Druck auf den Außendeckel an der Ausnehmung wird die formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Innendeckel und Außendeckel gelöst, wobei der Innendeckel durch ein in dem Außendeckel vorgesehenes Federelement (vorzugsweise aus silikonisiertem Gummi) aufdrückt wird.
