Claims (14)
- Druckluftwartungsgerät, das aus einzelnen leicht austauschbaren Modulen (1), wie Druckregeler, Ölvernebler (1"'), Kondensatabscheider (1') zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die einzelnen Module (1) wenigstens einen Geber (8) für den momentanen Betriebszustand und/oder vorgegebene Grenzwerte aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu den einzelnen Modulen (1', 1"') ein Anzeige- und Überwachungsmodul (1") vorgesehen ist, daß dieses Modul (1") optische und/oder akustische Melder (10) für die von den einzelnen Modulen (1) ermittelten Betriebs- und/oder Störzuständen aufweist und daß diese Melder (10) leicht koppelbar mit den zugeordneten Gebern (8) der Module (1) verbunden sind.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Module (1) Hohlprofile aufweisen mit hinterschnittenen Längsnuten (23), über die benachbarte Module (1) leicht austauschbar miteinander verbunden sind.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum leicht austauschbaren Verbinden der benachbarten Module U-förmige Klammern (22) vorgesehen sind, deren Schenkel (24) in benachbarte Längsnuten (23) der zu verbindenden Module (1) aufgenommen sind.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Hohlprofil (2) mindestens vier Längsnuten (23, 23') aufweist.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils mit Abstand voneinander zwei Längsnuten (23) auf den aneinander anliegenden Seiten der Module (1) vorgesehen sind.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsnuten (23) einen L-Querschnitt und die Schenkel (24) der Klammern (22) angepaßt, einen U-Querschnitt aufweisen (Figur 4).
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anzeige- und Überwachungsmodul (1") einen austauschbaren Einschubteil (13) aufweist, in dem mindestens eine Platine (14) für die Elektronik der Melder (10) gehalten ist, wobei die Platine (14) Steckeranschlüsse (15) für Übertragungsleitungen (9, 9') zu den Gebern (8) der Module trägt.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einschubteil (13) axial in das Hohlprofil (2") einschiebbar ist und daß ferner der Einschubteil (13) unten offen ausgebildet ist für die Zuführung von auf die Steckeranschlüsse (15) aufsteckbare Stecker (16) von Übertragungsleitungen (9, 9') von den Gebern (8) der Module (1', 1"').
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einschubteil (13) eine vor dem Hohlprofil (2") liegende Sichtplatte (14') aufweist, in der die optischen Anzeigen der Melder (8) sichtbar angeordnet sind.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einschubteil (13) eine Luftkupplung (19) aufweist, über die Drucksonden (18) des Anzeige- und Überwachungsmoduls (1") mit dem durch alle Module (1) gehenden Luftkanal (5) verbunden sind, wobei die Luftkupplung (19) bei Entfernung des Einschubteils (13) aus dem Anzeige- und Überwachungsmodul (1") selbststätig geschlossen ist.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftkupplung (19) einen mit dem Einschubteil (13) verbundenen Stößelrüssel (21) aufweist, durch den ein Ventilkörper (20) der Luftkupplung (19) in seiner "Aufstellung" gehalten ist.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes ein Hohlprofil (2) aufweisendes Modul (1) ein das Hohlprofil (2) oben abschließendes Kopfstück (3) aufweist und daß durch dieses Kopfstück (3) ein Luftkanal (5) geführt ist, daß ferner jedes ein Hohlprofil (2) aufweisendes Modul (1) ein Hohlprofil (2) unten abschließendes Fußstück (4) aufweist und daß im Fußstück (4) Geber (8) und Melder (10) verbindende Übertragungsleitungen (9) geführt sind, ggf. hinter einer zusätzlichen Abdeckung.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopfstücke (3) und die Fußstücke (4) jeweils das Hohlprofil (1) dicht verschließen und daß das Hohlprofil (1) direkt zusammen mit dem Kopfstück (3) und dem Fußstück (4) das Modul (1) für einen Druckregler, Kondensatabscheider (1'), Ölvernebler (1"') oder dgl. bilden.
- Druckluftwartungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Hohlprofil (2) mindestens ein durch ein Sichtfenster (12) dicht verschlossener schlitzförmiger Durchbruch (11) vorgesehen ist.
