Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Austausch voller gegen leere Rechteck-Spinnkannen (11, 9) an einer eine Vielzahl von Spindeln bzw. Spinnstellen (8) aufweisenden Spinnmaschine (4, 5), insbesondere OE-Spinnmaschine, bei dem zwischen jeweils zwei Reihen (6, 7) von n Spinnstellen (8) - mit n = ganze Zahl - eine Förderstrecke (1) für den Antransport voller Spinnkannen (11) bzw. für den Abtransport leerer Spinnkannen (9) vorgesehen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Förderstrecke (1) ein Kannenblock (10, 15) von n/m in einer Reihe stehenden, vollen Spinnkannen (11) - mit m = kleine ganze Zahl von mindestens Eins - von einer Seite her, der Beschickungsseite (2), bereitgestellt wird, daß zwecks Austausches jeder der in der Förderstrecke (1) gespeicherten n/m vollen Kannen (11) im Kannenblock mindestens eine Lücke (13) für eine Kanne - gegebenenfalls durch eine erste Bewegung, eine Rückwärtsbewegung (12) zur Beschickungsseite (2) mindestens einer vollen Spinnkanne (11) - seitlich von einer eine leere Kanne aufweisenden Spinnstelle (8) geschaffen wird, daß die leere Kanne (9) quer zur Förderstrecke (1) in die Lücke (13) gebracht wird, daß dann der Kannenblock (10, 17) durch eine zweite Bewegung, in Vorwärtsrichtung (14) zur Entnahmeseite (3) um eine Kannenbreite vorgeschoben wird und daß die neben der gerade in den Kannenblock gebrachten Leerkanne befindliche volle Kanne (11) an den an der jeweiligen Spinnstelle (8) geschaffenen leeren Kannenplatz gebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kannenwechsel zwischen Förderstrecke (1) und Spinnmaschinenseite (6, 7) aus einem Kannenblock (10) mit ursprünglich dicht an dicht - gegebenenfalls unter Berücksichtigung von Sektionen - stehenden vollen Spinnkannen (11) erfolgt (Fig. 1). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kannenwechsel aus einem Kannenblock (17) erfolgt, indem die vollen Kannen (11) bereits ursprünglich mit Kannenlücken (13) abwechseln (Fig. 2). - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Beschickung der Förderstrecke (1) mit vollen Kannen (11) von einem Längsende her, der Beschickungsseite (2) der Förderstrecke, und die Entnahme der Leerkannen (9) am anderen Längsende, der Entnahmeseite (3) der Förderstrecke (1), erfolgt.
