Abstract

Das Rostelement (1, 2) für einen Rost einer Verbrennungsanlage weist am Rostelementenkopf (7) an dessen Unterseite bzw. am Rostelementenfuß (8) nach unten offene Aussparungen (10) auf, die als Luftaustrittsöffnungen für die von unten zugeführte Primärluft dienen. Auf jedem Rostelementenrücken (9) sind entsprechend der Anzahl der Aussparungen (10) feststehende Räumvorsprünge (11) angeordnet, die in ihrer Querschnittsform bis auf das notwendige Bewegungsspiel der Querschnittsform der Aussparungen (10) angepaßt sind. Die Räumvorsprünge (11) befinden sich im Hubbereich des jeweils darüberliegenden Rostelementes und sind zumindest an dem in die Aussparung (10) eindringenden Ende verjüngt ausgeführt. Zur Vermeidung eines übermäßigen Verschleißes kann jedes Rostelement (1, 2) am Rostelementenfuß (8) eine aus verschleißfestem Material bestehende Auflage (14) tragen.

Fixed broaching projections (11) are arranged on each grate element back (9) in accordance with the number of recesses (10), the cross-sectional shape of which is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the recesses (10) except for the necessary play. The clearing projections (11) are located in the stroke area of the grate element lying above them and are tapered at least at the end penetrating into the recess (10). To avoid excessive wear, each grate element (1, 2) on the grate element foot (8) can have a support (14) made of wear-resistant material.
