Description
The invention relates to a wide jet nozzle the type corresponding to the preamble of claim 1.
For this purpose, two are in DE 23 34 998 A 1 (preamble of claim 1) such wide jet nozzles combined with each other, the each from the middle of the web to an edge of the web range and where the supply of the fluid Medium via a junction that opens in the middle in the longitudinal direction of the housing of the two wide jet nozzles extending feed pipe takes place.
This embodiment is complex and constructive Disadvantages associated with the need for feeding of the fluid medium from both sides. US-A-4 347 805 has a similar construction of a wide jet nozzle.
The invention has for its object a generic Wide jet nozzle designed so that it does not work unilaterally and the supply of the fluid Medium with less construction effort and space requirements connected is.
This object is represented by the one in claim 1 Invention solved.
The single feed pipe opens from above or below the wide jet nozzle, so that from the feed direction the one-sidedness is suppressed. Although the feeder only in one place in the middle of the wide jet nozzle, is taken care that by the multiple Redirection an equalization of the outlet pressure avoiding favoritism around the center entry.
To even out the edges can also with the invention in a conventional manner be provided that the cross section of the housing of reduced in the middle from both sides (claim 2).
In order to achieve a sufficient inlet cross-section, can the feed pipe into a specially provided Bulge bulge of the housing (claim 3).
Die Ausgestaltungen der Ansprüche 4 und 5 dienen der
Vergleichmäßigung des Flottenaustritts .The embodiments of
With the expression "fleet" treatment liquids are meant be of any kind, except for pure water e.g. also dyeing liquid, wetting agent and other equipment fluids.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der
Erfindung dargestellt.
The broad jet nozzle designated 100 as a whole in FIG. 1
comprises an
30 abgewandten Seite hin ausladende Ausbuchtung
In the area of the central plane M, the
As can be seen from FIG. 3, the
unteren Begrenzungswandung 6 a beträgt.
Fig. 3 ebenfalls angedeutet.
In the area of the central plane M the position corresponds to
The
To reduce the dynamic pressure in the area of the fleet entry
is in the
2mm. Der Strahl soll also eine gewisse Führungslänge erhalten,
was seiner Gleichmäßigkeit förderlich ist. Die
freien Kanten der Düsenlippen 7,11 sollen an der Austrittskante
21 scharfkantig begrenzt sein, um einen exakten
Strahl zu erzeugen. Dies ist bei kleineren durchgesetzten
Flottenmengen besonders wichtig.The
(Fig. 3).
The liquor passes through the
