Abstract
Zweistrom-Ventilatoren. In order to create a regenerative energy-saving fuel heating for an industrial furnace, in particular for a metal melting furnace, which can flexibly take into account all possible temporal / spatial operating states / requirements of the furnace to be heated as well as the thermal states of the heat-storing regenerators used, the invention proposes that at least two Regenerator-burner modules (3) can be switched independently of each other from the process control of the industrial furnace (1) from burner operation (7) to regenerator operation (7r) (exhaust gas extraction operation) or vice versa, using reversing valves (11) or reversible fans or two-flow fans.
