Claims (6)
- Weitwinkelscharnier mit einem Öffnungswinkel von ca. 170°, mit einem Grundkörper, der an einer Möbelwand befestigbar ist, und einem Scharniertopf, der an einem Türflügel befestigbar ist, wobei der Grundkörper und der Scharniertopf mittels Gelenkhebeln miteinander verbunden sind und ein Gelenkhebel in Führungsnuten od.dgl. des Grundkörpers geführt oder über weitere Hebel mit diesem verbunden ist, und der zweite Gelenkhebel grundkörperseitig an einem Schieber angelenkt ist, der in Längsrichtung zum ersten Gelenkhebel verschiebbar ist, dabei ist ein Zahnrad vorgesehen, das mit einer Zahnstange, die am Grundkörper ausgebildet ist, kämmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zahnrad (8) zwei Zahnkränze (9, 10) mit unterschiedlichem Durchmesser aufweist, wobei ein Zahnkranz (10) mit einer Zahnstange an einem der Gelenkhebel (7) und der andere Zahnkranz (9) mit einer Zahnstange am Schieber (6) kämmt.
- Weitwinkelscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (6) in Nuten od.dgl. des Gelenkhebels (7) geführt ist.
- Weitwinkelscharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gelenkhebel (7) zwei Wangen (7') aufweist, zwischen denen das Zahnrad (8) angeordnet ist.
- Weitwinkelscharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zahnrad (8) zwei axial vorstehende Zapfen aufweist, an denen jeweils der Zahnkranz (10) mit kleinerem Durchmesser, der mit der Zahnstange (12) am Gelenkhebel (7) kämmt, ausgebildet ist.
- Weitwinkelscharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wangen (7') des Gelenkhebels (7) durch einen Führungsbolzen (13), der in Führungsschlitzen (15) des Grundkörpers (4) geführt ist, verbunden sind.
- Weitwinkelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (4) U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und daß innerhalb des U-Profils mindestens ein Sockel (20) mit der Zahnstange (11) des Grundkörpers (4) ausgebildet ist.
