Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Weitwinkelscharnier mit einem Öffnungswinkel von ca. 170°, mit einem Grundkörper, der an einer Möbelwand befestigbar ist, und einem Scharniertopf, der an einem Türflügel befestigbar ist, wobei der Grundkörper und der Scharniertopf mittels Gelenkhebeln miteinander verbunden sind und ein Gelenkhebel in Führungsnuten od.dgl. des Grundkörpers geführt oder über weitere Hebel mit diesem verbunden ist, und der zweite Gelenkhebel grundkörperseitig an einem Schieber angelenkt ist, der in Längsrichtung zum ersten Gelenkhebel verschiebbar ist, dabei ist ein Zahnrad vorgesehen, das mit einer Zahnstange, die am Grundkörper ausgebildet ist, kämmt.
Weitwinkelscharniere finden im Möbelbau Verwendung, wenn der Wunsch besteht, den Möbeltürflügel weiter als 90° öffnen zu können, damit ein besserer Zugriff zum Inneren des Möbelkorpus gestattet ist. Dabei soll der Türflügel in der vollständig geöffneten Stellung vom Möbelkorpus abgehoben sein, so daß er nicht an einem eventuell angrenzenden, geschlossenen Türflügel anschlägt.
Bei den herkömmlichen Weitwinkelscharnieren wird der große Öffnungswinkel mittels gekreuzter Gelenkhebel erzielt. Diese Weitwinkelscharniere haben den Nachteil, daß die Gelenkhebel bei geschlossenem Scharnier weit in den Möbelinnenraum hineinstehen, so daß kostbarer Nutzraum verlorengeht.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Weitwinkelscharnier der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, das eine sehr gute Führung der Gelenkhebel gewährleistet.
Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß Zahnrad zwei Zahnkränze mit unterschiedlichem Durchmesser aufweist, wobei ein Zahnkranz mit einer Zahnstange an einem der Gelenkhebel und der andere Zahnkranz mit einer Zahnstange am Schieber kämmt.
Vorteilhaft ist vorgesehen, daß der Schieber in Nuten od.dgl. des Gelenkhebels geführt ist. Dadurch wird eine exakte Führung des Schiebers im Gelenkhebel erzielt.
Um eine gute Führung für das Zahnrad zu erreichen, ist einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß der Gelenkhebel zwei Wangen aufweist, zwischen denen das Zahnrad angeordnet ist. Dabei ist vorteilhaft vorgesehen, daß das Zahnrad zwei axial vorstehende Zapfen aufweist, an denen jeweils der Zahnkranz mit kleinerem Durchmesser, der mit der Zahnstange am Gelenkhebel kämmt, ausgebildet ist.
Ein einfacher Zusammenbau der beiden Wangen des Gelenkhebels wird dadurch erzielt, daß die Wangen des Gelenkhebels durch einen Führungsbolzen, der in Führungsschlitzen des Grundkörpers geführt ist, verbunden sind.
Ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung sieht vor, daß der Grundkörper U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und daß innerhalb des U-Profils mindestens ein Sockel mit der Zahnstange des Grundkörpers ausgebildet ist. Auf diese Art wird eine gute Führung für den Gelenkhebel, der mit dem Zahnrad kämmt, im Grundkörper erreicht.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen beschrieben.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch einen Längsschnitt durch ein Scharnier bei geschlossenem Türflügel, die Fig. 2 zeigt eine gleiche Ansicht bei vollständig geöffnetem Türflügel, die Fig. 3 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch den Grundkörper und den darin gelagerten Gelenkhebel sowie den Schieber, und die Fig. 4 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf ein geöffnetes Scharnier, wobei sich der Türflügel in der 90°-Offenstellung befindet.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Möbelseitenwand mit 1 und der Türflügel mit dem Bezugszeichen 2 bezeichnet. In den Türflügel 2 ist ein Scharniertopf 3 eingesetzt. Am Scharniertopf 3 lagern zwei Gelenkhebel 5,7 auf Achsen 16, 17. Die Achse 16 wid von zwei vorspringenden Stegen 21 des Scharniertopfes 3 getragen.
An der Möbelseitenwand 1 ist der Körper 4 befestigt.
Der Gelenkhebel 5 ist über eine Achse 18 mit einem Schieber 6 verbunden, der in Nuten des Gelenkhebels 7 geführt ist. Der Schieber 6 ist an seiner zum Zahnrad 8 zugewendeten Seite mit einem Zahnstangenprofil 22 versehen.
Der Gelenkhebel 7 weist zwei Wangen 7' auf, zwischen denen das Zahnrad 8 aufgenommen ist.
Der Gelenkhebel 7 ist an seinem vom Scharniertopf 3 abgewendeten Ende mit einem Führungsbolzen 13 in einer nuten- oder schlitzförmigen Führung 15 im Grundkörper 4 geführt. In etwa der Mitte des Gelenkhebels ist an jeder Wange 7' ein Führungszapfen 14 ausgebildet, der ebenfalls in die schlitzförmige Führung 15 ragt.
Der Gelenkhebel 7 ist mit einem Zahnstangenprofil 12 versehen. Der Grundkörper 4 weist einen Sockel 20 auf, an dem ebenso ein Zahnstangenprofil 11 ausgebildet ist. Zwischen den beiden Zahnstangenprofilen 11, 12 läuft der kleinere Zahnkranz 10 des Zahnrades 8 ab.
Beim Öffnen des Türflügels 2 zieht der Gelenkhebel 5 den Schieber 6 aus dem Möbelkorpus heraus. Dadurch wird das Zahnrad 8 über den Zahnkranz 9 gedreht und rollt dabei mit seinem Zahnkranz 10 am Zahnstangenprofil 11 ab. Gleichzeitig wird der Gelenkhebel 7 über das Zahnstangenprofil 12 zur Türöffnung bewegt.
Beim Schließen des Türflügels 2 erfolgt der Bewegungsablauf in umgekehrter Richtung.
Das Zahnrad 8 ist zwischen den beiden Wangen 7' des Gelenkhebels 7 angeordnet. Es weist beidseitig je einen axial vorstehenden Zapfen auf, auf dem der Zahnkranz 10 ausgebildet ist.

Claims (6)

  1. Weitwinkelscharnier mit einem Öffnungswinkel von ca. 170°, mit einem Grundkörper, der an einer Möbelwand befestigbar ist, und einem Scharniertopf, der an einem Türflügel befestigbar ist, wobei der Grundkörper und der Scharniertopf mittels Gelenkhebeln miteinander verbunden sind und ein Gelenkhebel in Führungsnuten od.dgl. des Grundkörpers geführt oder über weitere Hebel mit diesem verbunden ist, und der zweite Gelenkhebel grundkörperseitig an einem Schieber angelenkt ist, der in Längsrichtung zum ersten Gelenkhebel verschiebbar ist, dabei ist ein Zahnrad vorgesehen, das mit einer Zahnstange, die am Grundkörper ausgebildet ist, kämmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zahnrad (8) zwei Zahnkränze (9, 10) mit unterschiedlichem Durchmesser aufweist, wobei ein Zahnkranz (10) mit einer Zahnstange an einem der Gelenkhebel (7) und der andere Zahnkranz (9) mit einer Zahnstange am Schieber (6) kämmt.
  2. Weitwinkelscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (6) in Nuten od.dgl. des Gelenkhebels (7) geführt ist.
  3. Weitwinkelscharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gelenkhebel (7) zwei Wangen (7') aufweist, zwischen denen das Zahnrad (8) angeordnet ist.
  4. Weitwinkelscharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zahnrad (8) zwei axial vorstehende Zapfen aufweist, an denen jeweils der Zahnkranz (10) mit kleinerem Durchmesser, der mit der Zahnstange (12) am Gelenkhebel (7) kämmt, ausgebildet ist.
  5. Weitwinkelscharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wangen (7') des Gelenkhebels (7) durch einen Führungsbolzen (13), der in Führungsschlitzen (15) des Grundkörpers (4) geführt ist, verbunden sind.
  6. Weitwinkelscharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (4) U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und daß innerhalb des U-Profils mindestens ein Sockel (20) mit der Zahnstange (11) des Grundkörpers (4) ausgebildet ist.
