Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektronisches Zündsystem, bei dem der aufgrund eines Zündfunkens an der Zündkerze ausgelöste Zündstrom auf der Sekundärseite der Zündspule ausgewertet wird, um ggf. eine Nachladung der Primärspule einzuleiten, so daß weitere Zündimpulse erzeugt werden. Die gesamte Brenndauer an der Zündkerze besteht somit aus einer Folge von Einzelimpulsen, von denen jeder zu einem Zündfunken führt. Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt die Detektion des Zündstromes mit einer mit der Sekundärspule verbundenen und ein Zündstromsignal erzeugenden Zündstrommeßeinheit, wobei dieses Zündstromsignal einer Auswerteschaltung zugeführt wird, die in Abhängigkeit des Auswerteergebnisses ein Nachladesignal erzeugt. The invention relates to an electronic ignition system in which the ignition current triggered on the spark plug due to a spark is evaluated on the secondary side of the ignition coil in order to possibly initiate recharging of the primary coil so that further ignition pulses are generated. The total burning time on the spark plug thus consists of a sequence of individual pulses, each of which leads to an ignition spark. According to the invention, the ignition current is detected with an ignition current measuring unit connected to the secondary coil and generating an ignition current signal, this ignition current signal being fed to an evaluation circuit which generates a recharge signal as a function of the evaluation result.
