Claims (10)
- Multifunktionale elektrografische Druckeinrichtung zum Bedrucken von bandförmigen Aufzeichnungsträgern (10) miteinem motorisch angetriebenen Zwischenträger (11) mit einer Tonerbilder auf dem Zwischenträger erzeugenden Einrichtung (12, 13,14),einer ersten Umdruckstation (15/1) mit steuerbaren Umdruckmitteln über die in einem Umdruckzustand die Tonerbilder auf den Aufzeichnungsträger (10) übertragen und in einem Abweiszustand die Tonerbilder auf dem Zwischenträger (11) belassen werden,einer in Transportrichtung des Zwischenträgers (11) der ersten Umdruckstation (15/1) nachgeordneten zweiten Umdruckstation (15/2) mit steuerbaren Umdruckmitteln, um in einem Umdruckzustand die Tonerbilder auf den Aufzeichnungsträger (10) zu übertragen,einem zwischen der ersten (15/1) und der zweiten (15/2) Umdruckstation angeordneten Aufzeichnungsträgertransportkanal mit einem oder mehreren in Abhängigkeit von der Druckerbetriebsart zugeschalteten Pufferspeichern (29, 29/2, 29/3) sowie einer Wendeeinrichtung (28) für den Aufzeichnungsträger (10) undeiner in Transportrichtung der zweiten Umdruckstation (15/2) nachgeordneten Fixierstation (18).
- Druckeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 mit einer die von der ersten Umdruckstation auf den Aufzeichnungsträger (10) übertragenen Tonerbilder zumindest teilweise fixierenden Zwischenfixierstation (31).
- Druckeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Zwischenfixierstation (31) und/oder die Fixierstation (18) als Blitzfixiereinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Druckeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit einem den Aufzeichnungsträger ausgehend von einem Vorratsbereich (23) unmittelbar der zweiten Umdruckstation (15/2) zuführenden Simplextransportkanal (32).
- Druckeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 mit einer Tonerbilder vorwählbarer Farbe auf dem Zwischenträger erzeugenden Einrichtung (14/1, 14/2).
- Druckeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 mit einem der Fixierstation in Aufzeichnungsträgertransportrichtung vorgeschalteten Pufferspeicher (29/3).
- Druckeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 mit einem als Schlaufenzieher ausgebildeten Pufferspeicher (29, 29/2, 29/3).
- Druckeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 mit einer Einrichtung zum An- und Abschwenken einer Umdruckstation (15/1, 15/2) an den Zwischenträger (11).
- Verfahren zum beidseitigen Bedrucken von bandförmigen Aufzeichnungsträgern (10) mit einer multifunktionalen elektrografischen Druckeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8:Erzeugen einer ersten der Frontseite des Aufzeichnungsträgers zugeordneten und einer zweiten der Rückseite des Aufzeichnungsträgers zugeordneten Folge von Tonerbildern auf einem motorisch angetriebenen Zwischenträger (11),Übertragen der ersten Folge der Tonerbilder über eine erste Umdruckstation (15/1) auf die Frontseite des Aufzeichnungsträgers und mechanisches Zwischenspeichern und Wenden des mit der ersten Folge bedruckten Aufzeichnungsträgers,Übertragen der zweiten Folge der Tonerbilder auf die Rückseite des Aufzeichnungsträgers über eine in Transportrichtung des Zwischenträgers der ersten Umdruckstation nachgeordnete zweite Umdruckstation (15/2) bei deaktivierter erster Umdruckstation (15/1) undFixieren der Tonerbilder auf dem Aufzeichnungsträger über eine in Transportrichtung der zweiten Umdruckstation nachgeordnete Fixierstation (18).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei nach dem Übertragen der ersten Folge der Tonerbilder die Tonerbilder auf dem Aufzeichnungsträger zwischenfixiert werden.
