Definitions

  • the invention relates to a contact element for a heating and cooling ceiling according to the preamble of claim 1 and a ceiling element comprising such a contact element.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a contact element which ensures very good heat transfer to the ceiling plate and at the same time can be produced at low prices.
  • This object is achieved by the contact element as characterized in the claims and the ceiling element based thereon. Solutions are proposed in which the contact element through which the liquid flows is largely independent of the ceiling plate, but is easily made a good heat-conducting connection between them.
  • FIG. 1 a shows a cross section corresponding to A-A in FIG. 1 b through a ceiling element according to the invention in accordance with a first embodiment
  • Fig. Lb is a plan view of the ceiling element of Fig. La
  • FIG. 2a shows a cross section through an inventive ceiling element according to a second embodiment
  • FIG. 2b is a partial plan view of an element of the ceiling element of Fig. 3a
  • FIG. 3a shows a cross section corresponding to A-A in Fig. 3b through a ceiling element according to the invention according to a third embodiment
  • 3b is a plan view of the ceiling element according to the third embodiment
  • All ceiling elements have a rectangular - other shapes are of course also possible - preferably, but not necessarily, perforated ceiling plate 1 with side flanges 2, which serve to fasten the ceiling element.
  • the ceiling plate 1 can, for. B. made of aluminum, preferably aluminum sheet, steel sheet or plastic, plaster or wood.
  • the ceiling elements more precisely, the contact elements 3 thereof, which are in good thermal contact with the ceiling plate 1, are flowed through by a liquid, usually water, serving as a heat transfer medium.
  • the contact element 3 has a contact plate 4 made of metal, preferably aluminum, which carries in the center a guide 5 extending over almost its entire length, which forms a channel elliptical cross-section.
  • a hose 6 is guided with a cross-section that is round per se, through which the liquid serving as the heat transfer medium flows.
  • the tube is made of plastic and is elastically deformed so that it presses against the side walls of the channel, which ensures excellent thermal contact.
  • the contact pressure can be increased by slight static excess pressure in the liquid.
  • a tube for example made of copper or steel, can of course also be provided, but a hose, e.g. B. made of polyurethane or polybutylene, not only much cheaper, it is corrosion-resistant and can by several
  • connections between two hose ends where necessary are also very simple with suitable hose couplings, e.g. B. can be manufactured by the company Legris AG, Postfach, Renferstrasse 9, CH-2504 Biel under the name 'LF 3600 lightning connection system for liquids and gases 1' .
  • the contact element 3 therefore further comprises a guide element 8, which compensates for any deviations between the top of the ceiling plate 1 and the underside of the contact plate 3, so that in particular bumps of the former are irrelevant.
  • the guide element 8 is formed here as a flat sack 9 approximately of the size of the contact plate 4 from a flexible, very low rigidity material which is in contact with a fluid 10, preferably a liquid, e.g. B. water, or a gel is filled, preferably without excess pressure, so that the guide element 8 is slack in the unloaded state. As a result, it hugs the top of the ceiling plate 1 as well as the underside of the contact plate 4 perfectly and provides excellent thermal contact. Any slight overpressure can also be compensated for - also depending on the material properties of the bag 9 - by the weight of the contact element and possibly additional measures to increase the contact pressure.
  • the material for the bag 9 comes primarily from plastic film, preferably polyamide or polyester with an internal sealing medium, e.g. B. polyethylene and possibly intermediate layers such as aluminum
  • the film should be as thin as possible in the interest of good heat transfer and also low rigidity of the bag 9.
  • the contact plate 4 can simply lie loosely with the contact surface 7 on the guide element 8, but it is also possible to connect the two parts, in particular to glue the guide element 8 to the contact surface 7.
  • the contact element 3 is preferably placed only loosely on the ceiling plate 1, so that the final assembly of the ceiling elements is very simple and can be carried out during their installation.
  • the arrangement of contact elements can also be changed later at any time with little effort.
  • the contact elements can of course be made smaller than the ceiling panels and, depending on requirements, one or more of them per ceiling panel, e.g. B. arranged parallel to each other, can be provided.
  • the ceiling element is provided with a sound absorption device. Since the sound absorption values of the guide element 8 may not meet the requirements, the same and the contact plate 4 are provided with regularly arranged, congruent openings 11.
  • the contact element 3 is covered with an insulation mat 12, for. B. an acoustic mat wrapped in trickle protection film, which also serves as heat insulation.
  • the ceiling panel 1 can be covered with an acoustic fleece where it is not covered by the guide element 8.
  • the guide element 8 is designed as a mat. It consists of one elastic or plastically resilient material, preferably at least predominantly made of plastic. To improve its thermal conductivity, it can be filled with a suitable material, for example with metal particles in the form of dust or chips.
  • the contact plate 4 is narrower here and the ceiling plate 1 carries two contact elements 3 arranged side by side, through which the hose 6 is pulled one after the other.
  • the contact plate 4 can rest loosely on the guide element 8 or be glued to the contact surface 7.
  • the guide element 6 can protrude somewhat beyond the edges of the contact plate 4.
  • the elongated contact elements can be arranged more densely or less densely on the ceiling plate, preferably placed loosely, possibly also glued to the ceiling plate.
  • the material can also be applied directly to the contact surface.
  • a guide element firmly connected to the contact surface facilitates handling of the contact element.
  • the guiding element with the ceiling plate makes mounting the heating and cooling ceiling more difficult. However, if it is necessary for any reason, this is not a problem since the guide element absorbs thermal stresses due to its deformability.
  • the function of the guide element is to establish good thermal contact between the contact surface and the surface approximately parallel to it, which is formed by the top of the ceiling plate, said surfaces not necessarily being flat need.
  • the guide element therefore does not have to be thicker than the compensation of unevenness or other deviations of the two surfaces, as can result in particular from a slight sagging of the ceiling plate.
  • it will be made as thin as possible - relatively thinner than shown in the figures.
  • a thickness of approximately 2 mm to a maximum of 10 mm is usually sufficient for the intended purpose.
  • the heat transfer takes place - at least predominantly also in the first embodiment - by heat conduction.
  • the fact that the thermal conductivity of the guide element is usually below that of the contact plate and the guide does not significantly impair its effect.
  • the thermal resistance is in any case considerably lower than that of the air gaps, which would form without a guide element due to unevenness between the ceiling plate and the contact plate.
