Claims (16)

  1.   2. Corps abrasif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche (3) présentant le produit abrasif (2) et la couche d'adaptation agrippante (11) sont traversées en commun par les perforations (8).

  4. Corps abrasif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les couches formant le corps abrasif (1) présentent des perforations communes (8).
  5. Corps abrasif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'autre couche (12) ne présente pas de perforation (8) et forme, par une structure de type mousse, des canaux de communication (13) entre les traversées (9) des perforations (8) de la couche voisine et les moyens d'aspiration (7) du support à produit abrasif (5, 6).

  12. Combinaison d'un corps abrasif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 et d'un support à produit abrasif (5, 6) sur lequel est fixé le corps abrasif et qui présente des moyens qui coopèrent avec des moyens d'aspiration (7), dans laquelle la distance des traversées (9) par rapport aux moyens d'aspiration (7) du support à produit abrasif (5) est choisie telle que l'on assure un transport pratiquement sans stagnation des poussières d'abrasion.
  13. Combinaison selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est susceptible d'être fixée sur un support à produit abrasif (5) d'une machine, réalisé comme une rondelle d'abrasion ou une plaque d'abrasion.

Adaptateur pour l'agencement en position de fonctionnement correcte d'une machine ou d'un support à produit abrasif aussi bien d'un corps abrasif traditionnel que d'un corps abrasif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, qui est constitué par une couche d'adaptation agrippante (14), par une couche de particules en mousse (15) et par une couche de velours (16), qui sont perméables aux courants de gaz et de particules, dans lequel la couche d'adaptation agrippante (14) dirigée vers le corps abrasif (1) est traversée par les perforations (8) perméables aux courants de gaz et de particules et réparties de façon approximativement régulière sur toute la surface de l'adaptateur ou bien sur une partie de celle-ci.

Adaptateur selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la couche de particules en mousse (15) ne présente pas de perforations (8) et forme, par la structure du type mousse, des canaux de communication (13) susceptibles d'être traversés par le gaz et par les particules entre les traversées (9) des perforations de la couche voisine et les moyens d'aspiration de la rondelle d'abrasion ou de la plaque d'abrasion ou encore du support à produit abrasif.
