Description
Ein derartiges Werkzeug kann lediglich für einen Haken verwendet werden, dessen ringförmige Verengung einen vorbestimmten Durchmesser aufweist; deshalb für jede Abmessung des Nagels ein besonderes Werkzeug nötig ist.
In der Ausführungsform dieser Vorrichtung sind die Schlitze parallel.
Die Nagelführungsbohrungen dieses Werkzeugs sind hinsichtlich der Symmetriemitte geneigt, aber sie sind in verschiedenen Flächen (Stufen) angeordnet, deshalb keine Verformung einer Nagelführungsbohrung wegen des einfachen Hineinsteckens eines Befestigungsmittels in die anliegende oder entgegengesetzte Nagelführungsbohrung stattfindet.
Die inneren seitlichen Flächen weisen einen Teil auf, welcher im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Grundseite ist.
V-förmige Nuten sind zum Halten eines Nagels vorgesehen; die V-förmigen Nuten haben ein Vorderseite und eine Rückseite, wobei eine der Seiten länger ist als die andere der Seiten.
Die Erfindung, wie sie in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet ist, löst die Aufgabe ein verbessertes Werkzeug zum Halten von Nägeln bzw. Schrauben zu schaffen.
Das Werkzeug besteht aus einem plattenförmigen Körper, in dem sich eine oder mehrere Öffnungen befinden,
wobei jede der Öffnungen geeignet ist, Nägel bzw. Schrauben von verschiedenen Abmessungen zu halten, und
wobei der Körper aus einem elastischen Material besteht, das sich durch die Kräfte, die auf den Körper beim Halten eines Nagels bzw. einer Schraube wirken, verformen kann,
das Werkzeug ist dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Öffnungen zwei divergierende Ränder aufweisen, wobei jeder Rand eine sägeförmige Kontur besitzt, deren Spitzen aufeinander zugerichtet sind
Das erfindungsgemäße Werkzeug kann auch von Personen, die Hämmer bzw. Schraubenzieher nicht gewöhnlich benutzen, verwendet werden; außerdem, erhöht das Werkzeug den Wert der Verpackung, die Nägel bzw. Schrauben zusammen mit dem Werkzeug enthält.
Abbildungen 1, 2 und 3 stellen deutlich dar, daß das Werkzeug lediglich für Haken mit einer vorbestimmten Abmessung verwendet werden kann: tatsächlich ist die Hülse 2 unverformbar, deshalb anpasst sie sich den Haken, die eine Verengung aufweisen, deren Abmessungen den Abmessungen derselben Hülse 2 gleich sind.
Abbildungen 4 und 5 stellen zwei sehr ähnliche Ausführungsformen eines Werkzeugs, das vom Dokument GB-A-2124535 bekannt ist, dar; sie unterscheiden sich voneinander lediglich dadurch, daß das Werkzeug von Abb.4 keinen Griff aufweist, dagegen ist ein Griff im Werkzeug von Abb.5 vorgesehen. Abgesehen von dieser kleinen Verschiedenheit, bestehen beide Werkzeuge aus einem plattenförmigen Körper 6, bei welchem zwei Öffnungen 7 und 8 ausgeführt sind, die sich vom Inneren zum Äußere des Körpers 6 erweitern, damit Gehäuse für Schrauben oder Nägel mit vorbestimmten Formen und Abmessungen begrenzt werden.
Die Öffnungen 7 und 8 weisen verschiedene Erweiterungswinkel vom Inneren zum Äußere des Körpers 6 auf, damit Gehäuse für Nägel bzw. Schraube verschiedener Abmessungen begrenzt werden.
Die Form der Werkzeuge von Abbildungen 4 und 5 und die Elastizität des Materiales, aus dem sie bestehen, erlauben eine Erweiterung der Öffnung 7 und eine Verengung der Öffnung 8, wenn ein Nagel bzw. eine Schraube in die Öffnung 7 eingesteckt wird (und umgekehrt).
Abb.6 stellt eine von den Dokumenten GB-A-2124535, DE-C-827926 bekannte, dritte Ausführungsform des Werkzeugs dar, bei welchem der Körper 6 zwei parallele Öffnungen 7 und 8 aufweist, die sich vom Inneren zum Äußere des Körpers 6 erweitern, damit Gehäuse für Schrauben oder Nägel mit vorbestimmten Formen und Abmessungen begrenzt werden. Auch in diesem Fall weisen die Öffnungen 7 und 8 verschiedene Erweiterungswinkel vom Inneren zum Äußere des Körpers 6 auf, damit Nägel bzw. Schrauben von verschiedenen Abmessungen in eine Wand eingeschlagen werden können.
Aber in diesem Fall ist die durch eingeschlagene Nägel oder Schrauben verursachte Erweiterung der Öffnung 7 bzw. Verengung der Öffnung 8 nicht so wahrscheinlich wie im Fall des Werkzeugs von Abbildungen 4 und 5. Aber dieses Werkzeug ist fester und leichter zu verwenden.
Die Öffnung 7 fängt aus einer ersten Bohrung 9 an, die Öffnung 8 aus einer zweiten Bohrung 10 und die Öffnung 11 aus einer dritten Bohrung 12. Die Bohrungen 9, 10 und 12 dienen zum Enthalten eines Nagels bzw. einer Schraube mit an deren Abmessungen anpassungsfähigen Abmessungen; Nägel bzw. Schrauben von kleinsten Abmessungen werden an Teilen der ersten, zweiten oder dritten Öffnung 7, 8 bzw. 11 befestigt, die zu den Abmessungen des zu eingeschlagenden Nagels bzw. Schraube passend sind.
Die Öffnungen 7, 8 und 11 weisen verschiedene Erweiterungswinkel vom Inneren zum Äußere des Körpers 6 auf, die zum Einschlagen von Nägeln oder Schrauben verschiedener Abmessungen dienen. Auch in diesem Fall verursacht die Einführung einer Schraube oder eines Nagels in eine der Öffnungen eine elastische Verformung der anderen zwei Öffnungen. Diese Verformung ermöglicht das Halten der Nägel oder der Schrauben, die für die zukünftigen Einschlagen gewählt worden sind, in den anderen zwei Öffnungen.
Außerdem ist ein Werkzeug vorgesehen, das die Formen eines der anhand von Abbildungen von 4 bis 15 beschriebenen Werkzeugs hat; in diesem Werkzeug erstrecken sich die Öffnungen bzw. Gehäuse für Nägel oder Schrauben von einem im Körper 6 sich befindenden Punkt zur Beseitigung der Bohrungen 9, 10 und 12.
Das Werkzeug gemäß Abb.19 weist lediglich zwei Öffnungen 7 und 8 auf, die innerhalb des Körpers 6 gebildet sind. Die Abmessungen der Öffnung 7 verengen von oben herab, und dagegen die Abmessungen der Öffnungen 8 verengen nach oben.
Die Elastizität dieses Werkzeugs wird durch eine Bohrung 19 verursacht, welche sich im Teil 13 des Körpers 6 befindet, der keine sägeförmige Kontur 17 aufweist; wobei sich die Seitenwänden 20', 20'' der Bohrung 19 durch den Teil 13 schlank machen lassen. Der Teil 13 bildet den Griff des Werkzeugs.
Nach dem Stecken des zu eingeschlagenden Nagels bzw. Schrauben in jenes Gehäuse 18, das zu der Abmessung des Nagels bzw. Schraube passend ist, wird der Griff 13 durch die Näherung der Seitenwänden 20', 20'' so gedrückt, daß das Gehäuse 18 den Nagel festhält.
Die Elastizität dieses Werkzeug wird durch eine Bohrung 19 verursacht, welche sich im Teil 13 des Körpers 6 befindet, der keine sägeförmige Kontur 17 aufweist; wobei sich die Seitenwänden 20', 20'' der Bohrung 19 durch den Teil 13 schlank machen lassen. Der Teil 13 bildet den Griff des Werkzeugs.
Nach dem Stecken des zu eingeschlagenden Nagels bzw. Schrauben in jenes Gehäuse 18, das zu der Abmessung des Nagels bzw. Schraube passend ist, wird der Griff 13 durch die Entfernung der Seitenwänden 20', 20'' so gedrückt, daß das Gehäuse 18 den Nagel festhält.

- Werkzeug zum Halten von Nägeln bzw. Schrauben,bestehend aus einem plattenförmigen Körper (6),in dem sich eine oder mehrere Öffnungen (7,8,11) befinden,wobei jede der Öffnungen (7,8,11) geeignet ist, Nägel bzw. Schrauben (14,15) von verschiedenen Abmessungen zu halten, undwobei der Körper (6) aus einem elastischen Material besteht, das sich durch die Kräfte, die auf den Körper (6) beim Halten eines Nagels (14) bzw. einer Schraube (15) wirken, verformen kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Öffnungen (7,8,11) zwei divergierende Ränder aufweisen, wobei jeder Rand eine sägeförmige Kontur besitzt, deren Spitzen aufeinander zugerichtet sind. - Verpackung mit einer Schachtel für Nägel bzw. Schrauben,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verpackung zusätzlich ein oder mehrere Werkzeuge nach Anspruch 1 enthält,
wobei das Werkzeug oder die Werkzeuge zu den Nägeln (14) bzw. Schrauben (15) in der Schachtel passend sind.
