Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung hat einen für ein topfförmiges, insbesondere als Eimer od. dgl. gestaltetes Gefäß geeigneten Deckel zum Gegenstand, welcher mit einer als Öffnungshilfe dienenden Handhabe verbunden ist.
Dabei sind Eimer und Deckel so konstruiert, daß ohne Handhabe keine weitere Möglichkeit zum Abheben des Deckels durch Abhebeln, Untergreifen oder Anfassen besteht oder dies nur sehr schwer oder mit hohen Kräften möglich ist. Beim Öffnen eines solchen Gefäßes wird die an dem Deckel befindliche Handhabe erfaßt und über dieselbe derart ein Zug auf den Deckel ausgeübt, daß sich derselbe vom Gefäß löst.
Aus der US-A-3 902 621 ist bereits ein sogenannter Originalitätsverschluß bekannt, bei dem der Deckel durch abbrechbare Stege mit einem ringförmigen Sicherungsglied verbunden ist. An diesem Sicherungsglied befindet sich um das Abreißen zu erleichtern eine Handhabe. Diese Handhabe dient aber ausschließlich zum Entfernen des Sicherungsrings und nicht zum Abheben des Deckels. Dieser ist mittels einer besonderen Verrasterung mit dem Gefäß verbunden und muß ohne Handhabe von Hand abgenommen werden. Der Sicherungsring und die Handhabe haben also den ausschließlichen Zweck, die Erstöffnung des Behälters anzuzeigen.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es dagegen, einen Dekkel zu schaffen, dessen Handhabe einerseits einen leicht herstellbaren Originalitätsverschluß ermöglicht und andererseits eine bleibende Öffnungshilfe für den Deckel darstellt. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst, indem ein Deckel verwendet wird, welcher mit einer als Öffnungshilfe dienenden Handhabe fest über reißfeste Stege verbunden ist, wobei an der Handhabe leicht abbrechbare Stege, dünner Film od. dgl. zusätzlich vorgesehen sind, welche eine Eingriffsöffnung der Handhabe mindestens teilweise überdecken und/oder mit die Eingriffsöffnung mindestens teilweise überdeckenden Platten Gittern od. dgl. und/oder mit dem Deckel verbunden sind.
Wird beim Lösen des Deckels die an diesem angeordnete Handhabe erfaßt, so ergreifen die Finger der das Lösen des Deckels durchführenden Person die Handhabe, so daß der hierbei auf die Platte oder das Gitter ausgeübte Druck ein Abbrechen der die Platte oder das Gitter mit der Handhabe verbindenden Stege verursacht und die Platte oder das Gitter mindestens teilweise von der Handhabe oder dem Deckel gelöst werden. Dieses teilweise Lösen der die Eingriffsöffnung der Handhabe abdeckenden Platte oder Gitter oder ein plötzliches Fehlen derselben ist somit ein Anzeichen dafür, daß der Deckel bereits schon mindestens einmal von dem topfförmigen Gefäß gelöst worden ist. Außerdem werden die Bögen der Handhaben beim Deckelöffnen gestreckt, so daß sich eine bleibende Deformation, insbesondere Längung der Bögen gibt, wodurch ein weiteres sichtbares Zeichen für die erfolgte Öffnung schaffen wird.
Bei einer besonders zweckmäßigen Ausführungsform ist die dem Deckel gegenüberstehende Kante der Platte, des Gitters od. dgl. über leicht abbrechbare Stege mit dem Deckel verbunden.
Ferner ist es auch noch möglich, daß die Handhabe über dieselbe fest mit dem Deckel verbindende Stege od. dgl. hinausragt und die Kanten der beiden äußeren Teile der Handhabe dann durch zusätzliche, leicht abbrechbare Stege od. dgl. mit dem Deckel verbunden sind.
Weitere Einzelheiten der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung von zwei beispielsweisen Ausführungsformen sowie den sich hieran anschließenden Ansprüchen. Es zeigen:

Bei der in der Fig. 1 gezeigten ersten Ausführungsform ist der zu einem nicht besonders dargestellten Deckel gehörige Rand 1 im Schnitt dargestellt, an dem mit mittels zwei reißfesten Stegen 2 eine Handhabe 3 mit einer brillenförmigen Eingriffsöffnung 4 angeformt ist.
Diese Eingriffsöffnung 4 ist wieder teilweise abgedeckt durch eine mit 5 bezeichnete Platte, die mittels zwei leicht abbrechbaren Stegen 6 direkt mit dem Deckelrand 1 und mittels vier weiterer gleichartiger Stege 7 mit der gegenüberstehenden Innenkante 8 der Handhabe 3 verbunden ist. Der zwischen dieser Innenkante 8 und der Außenkante 9 der Platte 5 befindliche schlitzartige Zwischenraum ist dabei mit 10 bezeichnet.
Wird diese Handhabe 3 erfaßt so wird dabei von den Fingern der erfassenden Hand auf die Platte 5 ein Druck ausgeübt, was ein Abbrechen der Stege 6 und 7 und ein Lösen der Platte 5 von der Handhabe 3 zur Folge hat.
Was die zweite in der Fig. 2 gezeigte Ausführungsform betrifft, so ist diese ähnlich der ersten Ausführungsform gestaltet. In diesem Fall ist die Handhabe 11 jedoch länglich gestaltet, wobei ihre beiden Enden 12 beiderseits über die diese Handhabe 11 mit dem Deckelrand 1 verbindenden festen Stege 2 hinausragen. Die in diesem Fall längliche Eingriffsöffnung 13 ist durch eine entsprechend geformte Platte 14 abgedeckt, die über drei leicht abbrechbare Stege 15 direkt mit dem Deckelrand 1 und über fünf weitere, ebenfalls leicht abbrechbare Stege 16 mit der Innenkante 17 der Eingriffsöffnung 13 verbunden ist. Darüber hinaus sind die beiderseitigen Enden 12 der Handhabe 11 noch zusätzlich über ebenfalls leicht abbrechbare Stege 18 direkt mit dem Deckelrand 1 verbunden.
Wird auch bei dieser zweiten Ausführungsform die Handhabe 11 erfaßt, so wird die die Eingriffsöffnung 13 abdeckende Platte 14 in der gleichen Weise durch ein Abbrechen der Stege 16 und 17 von der Handhabe 11 gelöst und nach oben aus denselben herausgedrückt. Darüber hinaus werden aber auch die beiderseitigen Enden 12 der Handhabe 11 gegenüber dem Deckelrand 1 verschwenkt, so daß auch die die beiderseitigen Enden 12 mit dem Deckelrand 1 verbindenden Stege 18 abbrechen.
In den Ausführungsbeispielen nach den Fign. 3 und 4 ist auf eine Abdeckplatte verzichtet worden und dafür sind leicht abbrechbare Stege 19, 20 so vorgesehen, daß ein Eingriff in die Handhaben 3, 11 nur durch Abbrechen dieser Stege vorgenommen werden kann.

Claims (3)

  1. Deckel für ein topfförmiges Gefäss, insbesondere Eimer od.dgl., welcher mit einer als Öffnungshilfe dienenden Handhabe (3, 11) fest über reißfeste Stege (2) verbunden ist, wobei an der Handhabe (3, 11) leicht abbrechbare Stege (6, 7; 15, 16; 19; 20), dünner Film od. dgl. zusätzlich vorgesehen sind, welche eine Eingriffsöffnung (4, 13) der Handhabe (3, 11) mindestens teilweise überdecken und/oder mit die Eingriffsöffnung (4, 13) mindestens teilweise überdeckenden Platten (5, 14), Gittern od. dgl. und/oder mit dem Deckel (1) verbunden sind.
  2. Deckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Deckel (1) gegenüberstehende Kante der Platte (5, 14), des Gitters od. dgl. über leicht abbrechbare Stege (6, 15) od. dgl. mit dem Deckel (1) verbunden ist.
  3. Deckel nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (14) beiderseits über dieselbe fest mit dem Deckel (1) verbindende Stege (2) od. dgl. hinausragt und die Kanten der beiden äußeren Teile (12) der Handhabe (14) durch leicht abbrechbare Stege (18) od. dgl. mit dem Deckel (1) verbunden sind.
