Claims (12)
- Abstreifvorrichtung zum Abstreifen von fließfähigem Gut von einer Fläche (7), mit wenigstens einer Haltevorrichtung (5), die in einem Abstand von der abzustreifenden Fläche (7) daran entlang bewegbar ist, und mit wenigstens einem an der Haltevorrichtung (5) befestigten, zur Anlage an der abzustreifenden Fläche (7) vorgesehenen Abstreifer (6), der gegenüber der Haltevorrichtung (5) senkrecht zur abzustreifenden Fläche (7) verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß keine statische Fremdkraftbeaufschlagung des Abstreifers (6) in Richtung auf die abzustreifende Fläche (7) erfolgt und daß der Abstreifer (6) wenigstens eine Fläche (14,15) aufweist, mittels der während des Abstreifens durch den Staudruck des abzustreifenden Guts eine auf den Abstreifer (6) wirkende Kraftkomponente in Richtung auf die abzustreifende Fläche (7) erzeugt wird.
- Abstreifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtung (5) und der Abstreifer (6) länglich ausgebildet sind und daß wenigstens zwei entlang der Längsachse angeordnete Befestigungspunkte (8,9,10,11,12) zur Befestigung des Abstreifers (6) an der Haltevorrichtung (5) vorgesehen sind.
- Abstreifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstreifer (6) Ausnehmungen (8,9) aufweist, in die an der Haltevorrichtung (5) angeordnete Bolzen (10) eingreifen.
- Abstreifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Ausnehmung durch eine Bohrung (8,9) gebildet ist, die einen der Haltevorrichtung (5) zugewandten Abschnitt (8) geringeren Durchmessers und einen dazu konzentrischen, der abzustreifenden Fläche zugewandten Abschnitt (9) größeren Durchmessers aufweist, daß der darin eingreifende Bolzen (10) zylindrisch ist und einen Durchmesser kleiner als der geringere Durchmesser (8) der Bohrung aufweist, und daß der Bolzen (10) in dem im Abschnitt (9) größeren Durchmessers angeordneten Bereich eine Ringnut (11) mit einem darin angeordneten O-Ring (12) aufweist, dessen Außendurchmesser größer als der Durchmesser des der Haltevorrichtung zugewandten Bohrungsabschnitts (8) und kleiner als oder gleich dem Durchmesser des der abzustreifenden Fläche (7) zugewandten Bohrungsabschnitts (9) ist.
- Abstreifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abzustreifende Fläche (7) im wesentlichen rotationssymmetrisch ist und daß die Haltevorrichtung als Rührarm (5) eines Rührwerks (2) ausgebildet ist.
- Abstreifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Fläche (14,15) des Abstreifers (6) zum Anpressen desselben an die abzustreifende Fläche (7) durch den Staudruck des abzustreifenden Guts so ausgebildet ist, daß in beiden Drehrichtungen des Rührwerks (2) durch den Staudruck des abzustreifenden Guts eine auf den Abstreifer (6) wirkende Kraftkomponente in Richtung auf die abzustreifende Fläche (7) erzeugt wird.
- Abstreifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstreifer (6) spiegelsymmetrisch zu seiner Radialebene ausgebildet ist.
- Abstreifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spiel zwischen Abstreifer (6) und Haltevorrichtung so bemessen ist, daß ein Verschwenken des Abstreifers (6) relativ zur Haltevorrichtung (5) sowohl um eine Achse Y parallel zur Drehachse (3) des Rührwerks (2) als auch um eine Achse X senkrecht zur die Drehachse (3) des Rührwerks (2) und die Längsachse des Abstreifers (6) verbindenden Radialebene möglich ist.
- Abstreifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (3) des Rührwerks (2) im wesentlichen senkrecht verläuft und daß die Oberseite (13) des Abstreifers (6) abgeschrägt ist.
- Rührwerk, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es wenigstens eine Abstreifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9 aufweist.
- Rührwerk nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Rührarm (5) mit der Rührwerksachse (3) verbindenden Elemente (4) wenigstens teilweise außerhalb der durch Rührwerksachse (3) und Längsachse des Abstreifers (6) aufgespannten Radialebene verlaufen.
- Mischvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Rührwerk nach Anspruch 10 oder 11 aufweist.
