Claims (8)

  1. A fixing ring (10) for fixing a dispenser member (3) on a neck (2) of a receptacle (1) containing a substance to be dispensed, said fixing ring (10) including fixing means (11, 12) fixing to said neck (2) and including a through opening (15) for the top end (3a) of the dispenser member (3), said top end (3a) of the dispenser member being adapted to receive an actuator member (5) including an outlet opening (5a) for the substance, the fixing ring (10) being characterized in that it further includes first indexing means (20) co-operating with a first indexing member (21) provided on said neck of the receptacle (2) to fix the angular position of the ring (10) relative to the neck (2), and second indexing means (30) co-operating with a second indexing member (31) secured to said actuator member (5) to fix the angular position of the actuator member (5) relative to the ring (10), such that the angular position of the outlet opening (5a) of the actuator member (5) is fixed relative to the receptacle (1).
  2. A fixing ring according to claim 1, in which the first indexing means are implemented in the form of a profile (20) projecting from the inside surface of said ring (10), and the first fixing member is implemented in the form of a cutout (21) made in the neck (2) of the receptacle, said profile (20) being received in said cutout (21) to fix the angular position of the ring (10) relative to the neck (2) of the receptacle.
  3. A fixing ring according to claim 1, in which the first indexing means are implemented in the form of a first cutout (20) in the ring (10), and the first indexing member is implemented in the form of a first stud (21) projecting from the neck (2) of the receptacle, said first stud (21) being received in said first cutout (20) to fix the angular position of the ring (10) relative to the neck (2) of the receptacle.
  4. A fixing ring according to any preceding claim, in which the second indexing means are implemented in the form of a second cutout (30) in the ring (10), and the second indexing member is implemented in the form of a second stud (31) projecting from the actuator member (5), said second stud (31) being received in said second cutout (30) to fix the angular position of the actuator member (5) relative to the ring (10).
  5. A fixing ring according to any preceding claim, including a bottom portion (10a) and a top portion (10b), the bottom portion (10a) including the fixing means (11, 12) and, at its top end, an annular bearing flange (13) extending radially towards the inside of the ring (10), said flange (13) bearing against the top end of the neck (2), the top portion (10b) including a cylindrical wall (14) extending axially in line with the bottom portion (10a), from the opposite side of said bearing flange (13), and in which the first indexing means (20) are disposed in the bottom portion (10a) of the ring (10) and the second indexing means (30) are disposed in the top portion (10b) of the ring (10).
  6. A fixing ring according to claims 2 and 5, in which the said profile (20) is a stud (20) projecting beneath said bearing flange (13), said stud (20) being complementary in shape to the shape of said cutout (21) made in the neck (2) of the receptacle, such that said stud (20) slides in said cutout (21) when the ring (10) is snap-fastened on the neck (2) of the receptacle.
  7. A fixing ring according to any preceding claim, in which said fixing means (11, 12) are snap-fastening means.
  8. A fixing ring according to claim 7, in which the snap-fastening means (11, 12) are snap-fastening tabs (11) distributed around the circumference of the ring (10), said tabs including snap-fastening studs (12) for snap-fastening against the neck (2) of the receptacle (1).
