Definitions

  • the invention relates to a component for thermal insulation between one to be concreted Part of the building and a cantilevered outer part, consisting of an insulating body to be laid between them with integrated reinforcing bars that can be extend through the insulator, on both sides protrude and with the building part and the outer part are anchored.
  • the present invention is based on the object To open up new areas of application, specifically the components to improve in that not only for cantilevered external parts made of concrete, but also made of other materials, such as wood, are suitable. At the same time, however, the component according to the invention also have advantages with external parts made of concrete and regardless of the building material of the outer part, the thermal insulation properties remain fully protected.
  • the reinforcing bars protruding towards the outer part at least partially have a spacer, which the outer part opposite the insulating body distant and serves to form an intermediate space which ensures the rear ventilation of the connection area.
  • the outer part consist of in-situ concrete, if necessary using an element ceiling (prefabricated lower formwork with Reinforcement layer), it is recommended if the spacer through a plate with approximately vertical External surface is formed, which is used as formwork for the Insulator facing end face of the outer part serves. Depending on the material of the spacer, it can be used as lost formwork and as facing on the outer part remain or be removed after it has hardened.
  • element ceiling prefabricated lower formwork with Reinforcement layer
  • the spacer can also be attached directly the insulating layer adjacent layer are formed, which are made of a somewhat less stable material (e.g. EPS with lower density and formlining) than the insulating body exists and removed after the outer part has hardened becomes.
  • EPS e.g. EPS with lower density and formlining
  • the spacer can also be made from a Angle bar, in particular made of metal, the horizontal leg for the transmission of shear force from Outer part serves on the reinforcement.
  • the spacer especially for the connection of wooden cantilevers or steel cantilevers.
  • the spacer can also include side tabs have the associated cantilever, whereby on the one hand the positioning of the cantilever arm connection, on the other hand, its connection with the spacer is facilitated becomes.
  • the spacer itself is at least compatible with the pressure and / or shear bars connected to the reinforcement of the insulating body. If it is also equipped with tension rods, can also be used to fix the spacer be used.
  • the connection of the spacer with the reinforcement but also by welding detachable, for example by screwing.
  • the component shown in the exemplary embodiments basically consists of an approximately cuboid Insulating body 1, which is between a building Concrete slab and a cantilevered outer part that is made of different materials can be arranged becomes. He is in the upper area of tension rods 2, in crosses lower area of pressure rods 3, also for absorbing the weight of the projecting outer part of shear bars 4 coming from the building Train zone coming obliquely or vertically downwards run through the insulating body and in the area emerge from the pressure zone of the projecting component. Out the drawn course of the shear bars follows that the building to the left of the insulating body 1, to present the projecting outer part on the right Has.
  • the connection of the shear bars with the angle bar is done over individual flat bars 4a, on the side facing the insulating body 1 the angle bar 6 are welded and the other hand have a slot into which the lower end of the transverse force rod protrudes and is welded there is.
  • Other connections are of course also possible possible between the shear bars and the spacer.
  • the spacer 5 is especially for external parts suitable from in-situ concrete, for example using element ceilings as a lost bottom formwork, as through the reference numeral 7 are indicated. It is called Material for the spacer 5 concrete or a concrete-like Material used, but there are also others Materials possible.
  • FIG 3 is the insulating body 1 with its reinforcing bars 2 to 4 and the angle bar 6 as well built up.
  • This layer 15 acts with its possibly outer side 15a as formwork for the outer part to be made of in-situ concrete, It consists of a plastic material, for example Low density polystyrene, which after curing of the In-situ concrete can easily be knocked out on which one again the desired space between the insulating body and cantilevered outer part.
  • the layer 15 can also be made thinner and removable Spacers supported on the insulating body become.
  • the angle bar 6 is in Figure 3 outside the spacer 15 arranged and is in the outer part concreted in to absorb its compressive and transverse forces.
  • FIGs 4 and 5 show a design that is special is intended for connecting external parts made of wood.
  • a spacer 25 is used which the previously described angle bar 6 corresponds to the but can also be arranged somewhat lower or higher.
  • Its horizontal leg 25a lies approximately on the Level of the lower edge of the insulator so that it used directly as a support for a wooden beam 26 can be and absorbs its compressive and transverse forces.
  • the upper part of the wooden beam is covered by the Tension rods 2 crossed and by nuts 27 on a thread is screwed on the end of the tension rods can, held. It is in the drawing by broken lines reproduced very shortened. In fact he has a length of over half a meter, so on his Cheeks over a series of transverse bores 26a actual cantilever, which in Figure 5 by the reference numerals 28 and 29 are indicated, screwed can be.
  • FIGS. 4 and 5 show a design that in particular for the assembly of prefabricated external parts, indifferent from which material is suitable.
  • the insulating body with the reinforcing bars and the spacer 25 is constructed in the same way as in FIGS. 4 and 5. Only the tension rods no longer run continuously from the insulating body to the outer part, but have in the space formed by the spacer 25 each a detachable connection in the form of a screw sleeve 30.
  • the tension rods coming from the insulating body 2 so run just behind the insulator in a thread from which is aligned via the sleeve 30
  • Tension rod 2a which has an opposite one at its end Has thread, can be connected.
  • the tension rods 2a can be concreted into a concrete part 36, instead, they can also be part of one Metal or wooden support. In all cases it can Outer part 36 together with the tension rod 2a and if necessary other accessories are prefabricated in the factory. For installation on the construction site, simply hang up the angled spacer 25 and the screw of the above tie rods 2a over the sleeves 30 and optionally by further screwing 25b on Spacers 25.
  • the sleeves 30 offer the special Advantage that the inclination of the outer part is accurate can be adjusted.
  • FIGS 8 and 9 show a variant for connection of steel beams is suitable.
  • a spacer 35 in the form of a vertical stop plate with the outside end of the pressure rods 3 and one Shear force 4 connected, and those located above Ends of the tension rods 2 have a thread.
  • a steel cantilever 46 with a vertical Mounting plate 46a, the corresponding connection holes has, placed on the tie rods 2 or to the Stop plate 35 created and with horizontal alignment be screwed down there.
  • the insulating bodies are included Tension rods 2 equipped, some of which also Spacer is attached. On the tie rods 2 can however, be dispensed with if the projecting component at its outer end a separate support on the Has ground. In any case, it is recommended that Spacers with at least two pressure rods and at least to connect a shear bar.
