Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif pour le guidage d'une bande fibreuse en mouvement, en particulier une bande de papier ou de carton (7) à travers une installation pour l'enduction de la bande en mouvement, avec les caractéristiques suivantes:
    a) il est prévu une glissière fixe (10), qui s'étend sensiblement sur toute la largeur de la bande (B) et qui présente, considérée en section transversale, une surface arrondie convexe (11) adéquate pour un contact avec la bande en mouvement,
    b) il y a au moins un rouleau (12) équipé d'un moteur, qui confère à la bande (7) une vitesse de défilement suffisante pour la formation d'un coin lubrifiant aérodynamique,
    caractérisé en ce que
    c) le rouleau (12) équipé du moteur est un rouleau de guidage de la bande, qui est disposé immédiatement après la glissière (10) en regardant dans le sens de défilement de la bande,
    d) la glissière (10) repose sur plusieurs dispositifs de levage (31) répartis sur sa longueur et réglables individuellement, qui prennent appui sur un support (34),
    e) la glissière (10) peut être cintrée sur sa longueur, dans une mesure quelconque en direction de la bande (7), au moyen des dispositifs de levage (31), et
    f) la glissière (10) peut pivoter avec le support (34) autour d'un axe (35) parallèle à sa dimension longitudinale.
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la glissière (10) est fabriquée en acier.
  3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface (11) de la glissière (10) présente un revêtement en un métal dur ou en céramique.
  4. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface (11) de la glissière (10) est polie.
  5. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la glissière (10) se présente sous la forme d'un profilé en matière plastique, qui est fixé sur un corps de support en acier.
  6. Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la glissière (10) est fabriquée en une matière plastique résistant à la température.
  7. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6, caractérisé en ce que la glissière (10) est disposée dans la région d'un ensemble de séchage (9) de la bande.
  8. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6, caractérisé en ce que la glissière (10) est disposée dans la région d'un sécheur à jets obliques (9) servant pour le séchage de la bande (7).

  13. Dispositif suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il n'est prévu un équipement d'arrivée d'air (13) que dans la région des bords de la bande.
  14. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé par une disposition telle que la bande (7) franchisse la glissière (10) sensiblement sans déviation.
