Claims (3)

  1. Wärmetauscher zur indirekten Wärmeübertragung zwischen einem zu kühlenden heißen, kontaminierten Fluid und einem Kühlfluid, aufweisend einen zylindrischen Mantel (1), welcher einen Behälter bildet und an einem Ende einen Kopf (4) trägt, in dem ein Einlaßstutzen (9) für das Kühlfluid angebracht ist, ein Paar in dem Behälter montierter Rohrplatten (3), von denen eine fest mit dem Mantel verbunden ist und die andere mit einer Abschlußhaube einen Schwimmkopf (5) bildet, in dem ein Auslaßstutzen (8) für das Kühlfluid sitzt, ein Bündel von im wesentlichen zueinander parallelen Rohren (2), deren beide Enden an den Rohrplatten befestigt sind, einen Stutzen (7) für den Einlaß des kontaminierten, heißen Fluids in den Behälter, der zwischen den Rohrplatten in den Mantel eingearbeitet ist, einen Stutzen (6) für den Auslaß des heißen, kontaminierten Fluids, der zwischen den Rohrplatten in den Mantel eingearbeitet ist, wobei der Stutzen (8) für den Auslaß des Kühlfluids zumindest teilweise aus einem Faltbalg (10) besteht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohre (2), die das Rohrbündel bilden, über die gesamte Dicke der Rohrplatte gebördelt und angeschweißt sind, die mit der Abschlußhaube den Schwimmkopf (5) bildet, und daß diese Rohrplatte ebenfalls auf ihrer gesamten Umfangslinie gebördelt und angeschweißt ist.
  2. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stutzen (8), der zumindest teilweise aus einem Faltbalg (10) besteht, von der Achse des Mantels aus gesehen näher bei der an den Mantel gebördelten und angeschweißten Rohrplatte liegt als beim Scheitel des Schwimmkopfs.
  3. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stutzen (8) und der Stutzen (7) auf derselben Mantellinie des Zylinders liegen.
