Abstract

The apparatus has a handle attachable to a plate-like centre part (11) which supports a swivel mounted locking lever (15) which can be locked in its locking position on the centre part. The apparatus has at least one movable side part formed by a U-shaped yoke (13) with substantially parallel arms whose free ends (13b) are swivel mounted on the centre part. The yoke can be made of metal and the centre part and locking lever of plastics. The side part can be a plate with two parallel arms whose free ends are swivel mounted on the centre part. The locking lever can be mounted on the free ends of the arms. The locking lever can be mounted on the underneath of the centre part and have an operating section projecting over the centre part.
