Abstract

Un dispositif de fabrication de corps moulés, notamment de corps moulés en matières plastiques, comprend un cadre de moule ayant au moins deux empreintes rapportées (1) et des cavités (2) contenant l'agent réfrigérant. Les empreintes rapportées (1) renferment la cavité de moulage du corps moulé. Un procédé de fabrication d'un tel dispositif permet d'accroître la productivité par des cycles de fabrication plus courts. A cet effet, une couche de compensation thermique (4) à haute conductibilité thermique est située entre les cavités (2) qui contiennent l'agent réfrigérant et la cavité de moulage du corps moulé. Le dispositif est produit par les étapes suivantes: une cavité est ménagée dans les empreintes rapportées (1) dans la zone des cavités (2) devant contenir l'agent réfrigérant; un élément de compensation thermique est fabriqué; l'élément de compensation thermique est posé et les cavités (2) devant contenir l'agent réfrigérant sont ménagées; et l'empreinte rapportée (1) et l'élément de compensation thermique sont assemblés.
