Description

The invention relates to a built-in element for openings in the outer wall of a building, in particular an electrical transformer or switching station, with swivel flaps provided in a frame or housing for covering an open ventilation cross-section, parallel to one another in a vertical line of alignment between side walls of the frame or housing and Extend the center pins or the like of these side cheeks. Axle elements for the swivel flaps.

Installation elements of this type are known for venting rooms, both with a single flap and with a plurality of lamellae, which in the closed state of the ventilation element lie on one another in a scale-like manner and close the ventilation cross section.

Thus, the document to DE-GM 92 10 666 by the applicant discloses, for example, a generic built-in element with corrugated cross-sections suspended from the axle pins, the free ends of which abut the adjacent profile in the closed position and abut a vertical stop strip at a distance from one another in the open position.

Knowing this state of the art, the inventor has set itself the goal of further improving a built-in element of the type mentioned at the outset with pivoting flaps, of expanding its area of use and of reducing the stock-keeping.

The teaching of the independent claim leads to the solution of this task. The subclaims cover advantageous further developments.

According to the invention, the swivel flaps each consist of a flap body as a weight or energy store and a wing strip projecting therefrom; A bearing channel for the axle pin runs in the area of the valve body, and the wing ledge extending from the valve body is inclined at an angle to the bearing channel near the bearing channel from the valve body. In addition, the valve body should be mounted eccentrically as an energy store and be rotatable about the axis pin by pressure on its wing bar.

In an installed position, the wing strip runs above the flap body and the swivel flap is actively supported in the open position. This favors installation for pressure relief; Overpressure arising in the building interior pushes the swing flaps out of their passive rest position, the closed position, into the open position, in which the restoring force is stored in the manner described.

In the second case, the wing strips run below the flap body in the installed position, and the swivel flaps are actively supported in the closed position. This type of installation is preferred for a pressure lock; If there are the same pressures in the building and outside, the swing flaps rest in the hanging closed position, from which they can be swung out by a retracting air flow - storing energy.

According to a further feature of the invention, the flap body should be approximately rectangular in cross section and provided on one narrow side near a lower surface with a pitch circle for the bearing channel, which is opposite the inclined wing strip on the other corner of the narrow side.

Thanks to these provisions, a swivel flap is offered that stores a force in a so-called active state, which serves to reset the swivel flaps when the external swivel force of an air pressure decreases.

According to a further feature of the invention, at least one groove for a sealing lip is introduced into a lower surface of the valve body, which ensures the tightness of the installation element in the closed position. The special feature of the construction according to the invention is that it can be used in two different installation positions for equally different purposes.

It has proven to be favorable that a back surface of the flap body with the wing bar determines an angle of more than 110 ° - preferably about 135 °.

In the closed position of the swivel flaps, their sealing lips should touch the wing strip of the adjacent swivel flap on an alignment line through the axial cross sections, a sealing lip of the end flap body adjacent to the frame abutting a stop strip of the frame.

In the open position of the installation element, the wing strips of the swivel body should be at a distance from the adjacent swivel flap, with the flap body, which is approximately rectangular in cross section, projecting approximately horizontally from the side of the swivel axis facing away from the wing strip, in order to be able to store a sufficient restoring force. In addition, in a built-in element according to the invention with an end angle arm of the swivel flap, the wing strip can have an angle arm running approximately parallel to the back surface of the flap body, which serves as a stop in the open state and nestles against the adjacent sealing lip in the closed state.

In the case of a built-in element for which protection is sought, a profile groove of the built-in element advantageously serves as a stop for the pivoting flap, which has an upwardly angled wall section on both sides of a central wall section; at least the angle close to the swivel flap corresponds here to the angle between the wing bar and angle arm. In addition, the profile trough here should have two oppositely directed slots for receiving the longitudinal edges of perforated sheets or the like, wherein these slots run approximately parallel to one another and to the swivel flap in its closed position.

Gleichzeitig berüht die untere Dichtlippe 36 die untere Anschlagleiste 20.1 to 4, the inside of the print or building is to be presented on the right, and the outside of the building is then on the left of the figure. 1, 2 show the swivel flaps 18 as pressure relief flaps. Thanks to the described design of the swivel flaps 18, they close the opening in the passive hanging position according to FIG. 2 with the wing bar 26 projecting vertically the built-in element 10; the side 28 of the flap body 22 runs parallel to the cheek edge 15, and the angled leg 27 lies against the sealing lip 36 - or at the uppermost swivel flap 18 of the stop bar 20 -. At the same time, the lower sealing lip 36 contacts the lower stop bar 20.

To relieve the pressure in the interior, the swivel flaps 18 are rotated counterclockwise into the active state shown in FIG. H. the exhausting air flow holds the swing flap 18 against the weight of its flap body 22 in the open position.

An end bar on the outer edge 15 a of the side wall 14 can serve as a stabilizing stop surface for the angle arms 27.

In the embodiment of Fig. 3,4, the pivoting flaps 18 described are installed as a pressure lock with the wing strip 26 hanging downward and are in the open position according to FIG. 3 for the intake of supply air into the interior of the building in the pull-through position, with the angle arms 27 possibly Wing bar 26 touch a stop surface running along the inner edge 15.

If the air flow is interrupted, the swivel flaps 18 turn clockwise into an active state according to FIG. 4; the swivel flaps 18 are held in the closed position by the internal pressure into which the flap body 22 seeks to guide its wing strip 26 toward the inner edge 15.

The pairs of figures 1, 2 and 3, 4 make it clear that this is an embodiment of the installation elements 10, which in the case of FIG. 3, 4 has been installed rotated by 180 ° with respect to FIG.

Der Schwenkradius r mißt dabei etwas weniger als der Abstand f der Fluchtlinie Q von der benachbarten Innenkante 15.The embodiment of FIG. 6 reveals that the side 28 of the flap body 22 is adapted to its maximum swivel radius r, that is to say it is partially circular in cross section. The swivel radius r measures slightly less than the distance f of the alignment line Q from the adjacent inner edge 15.

Zudem finden sich dort Tropflöcher 49.In a built-in element 40 of another design, FIG. 7,8 swivel flaps 42 with flap bodies 22 that are rounded in cross section are hinged almost directly to one cheek edge 15 in section f 1. They strike in the open position - FIG. 8 - each against a trough-shaped insert 44 made of three wall sections 45, 45 a , 45 b angled to one another; the front end of the wall section 45 b ends as a vertical stop bracket 46. The middle wall section 45 is equipped at one end with an upward-facing piping profile 47 and at the other end with two mutually opposite vertical slots 48 for inserting a perforated plate 50 as a pocketing device. There are also drip holes 49 there.

Another keder profile 47 protrudes from the transition point between wall section 45 a and stop bracket 46.
