Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for load positioning for cranes with a load suspension frame for transporting a lockable on the underside of the load suspension frame Load, with laser range finders that are arranged on the load suspension frame, the transverse outer edges of the load-bearing frame running in the direction of transport in each case at least one of the laser distance profile measuring devices is associated with facilities for Beam deflection, individually in the beam path of each laser range finder in the area of the assigned outer edge are arranged in such a way that one of each of the laser range finders Laser beam generated within a scanning angle range the environment of the load suspension frame and, if applicable attached load in a perpendicular to the course of the assigned outer edge open angle range down scans there, and with one on the laser range finder connected evaluation device for determination of position data of the environment of the load frame and the load from the environment into the laser range finders back-reflected laser light.
Such an arrangement is known from EP-A-0 342 655. In the known arrangement, the laser distance profile measuring devices with the devices for beam deflection their protruding beyond the outer edges of the load suspension frame Position withdrawn if determined based on Position data a collision with objects in the area of the load frame is predictable. Beyond that but it also required the laser range finders shock-absorbing to arrange on the load frame, because exposed to considerable shock loads during operation is. With shock-absorbing storage of the laser distance profile measuring devices the problem arises, however, that the Location of the devices is not clearly defined, in particular, when it vibrates due to impact become. From this, measurement errors in the detection of the Position data from the environment of the load frame result.
Another problem is that load lifting frames often have very different constructions, from which usually different positions for the possible Attachment of the laser distance profile measuring devices and therefore different results for the distance profile measurements surrender.
The invention is therefore based on the object, the known Training arrangement operationally so that an accurate Determination of position data from the environment of the load frame with the possibly attached load is possible.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the arrangement of the type specified in the introduction on the load suspension frame at predetermined locations in the scanning angle ranges of the laser beams lie, the laser light reflecting back Edges are formed and that the Evaluation device the position data of the environment of the Load frame relative to that determined for the edges Evaluates position data.
Because the position data of the environment of the load frame relative to the position data determined together with them the predetermined reflection edges on the load bearing frame are evaluated, the respective position of the laser distance profile measuring devices on the load suspension frame on the Result of the position data determined for the environment no influence. The laser distance profile measuring devices with the Devices for beam deflection can therefore be used as required at different points on the load suspension frame be arranged, in particular they are also shock-absorbent, d. H. can be mounted swinging without this affects the result of the distance profile measurement becomes. The laser distance profile measuring devices can alone or together with the facilities for Beam deflection can be arranged in a shock-absorbing manner.
So that the trained on the load-bearing frame and that Laser light reflecting back edges do not have the outer dimensions protruding from the load suspension frame are the Edges preferably in the form of paragraphs within recesses in the vertical outer surfaces of the Load suspension frame trained.
Load suspension frames for containers, so-called spreaders, can have different constructions; to them however common that they have means at the corners, so-called Twist locks to lock the container and that the corners have vertical flat outer surfaces on the outside the load suspension frame with the container, for example in To be able to introduce container receiving shafts in ships. Accordingly, the containers also point independently from Shape and size all have the same corner fittings. As part of the invention is therefore provided that in container cranes the laser distance profile measuring devices on at least two, preferably arranged all the outer corners of the load-bearing frame are so that when lowering the position Load suspension frame on a target container whose corner fittings in the scanning angle ranges of the laser distance profile measuring devices are located. The laser distance profile measuring devices therefore capture in their scanning angle ranges those places of the target container, namely its corner fittings, the only places in all container types are the same, so that one of the each container type independent evaluation of the location of the Load suspension frame - if necessary together with one another container hanging on it - in relation to the target container on which the load suspension frame - if necessary with the container hanging on it - deposited shall be. In the case of longitudinal swings of the load suspension frame in Two laser distance profile measuring devices are sufficient for the transport direction on one outer corner of each of the two transversely to the transport direction running outer edges of the load suspension frame. However, since the load is transported alongside longitudinal movements the load in the direction of transport also rotary movements Laser distance profile measuring devices can occur preferably at all outer corners of the load frame arranged.
The laser range finders are preferably in Cavities of the load receiving frame arranged for receiving of actuators for locking means the load are provided.
According to an advantageous development of the invention Arrangement is provided that the facilities for beam deflection by the force of a spring be held in a stop position in which the facilities over the associated outer edges of the load suspension frame protrude that the devices for beam deflection each against the force of the spring from their Stop position are deflectable and that the facilities for beam deflection in their protruding beyond the outer edges Areas are provided with bevels. Hereby when the load suspension frame collides with possible collision objects, such as B. stack of containers, or when inserting the load into a shaft avoided that those that forcibly protrude beyond the load suspension frame Devices for beam deflection are damaged. In this The devices for beam deflection are related preferably assigned signaling contacts, the deflections of the Detect devices from their stop positions. In In such a case, the measurement results of the assigned Laser distance profile meter ignored or suppressed to prevent incorrect measurements.
To prevent the load frame from colliding the devices for beam deflection with a collision object to be able to bring them into a protected position the arrangement according to the invention in an advantageous manner collision monitoring device scanning the surroundings of the load-bearing frame and automatic actuators Deflection of the devices for beam deflection as a function of an output signal from the collision monitoring device on. In the simplest case, they are Laser distance profile measuring devices with the downstream evaluation device Components of the collision monitoring device, wherein the scanning of the surroundings of the load frame for possible collision objects by the laser distance profile measuring devices done itself. Because the scanning area the laser distance profile measuring devices through the facilities is directed downward for beam deflection, points the collision monitoring device as an alternative or Complement to the laser range finder preferably Ultrasonic sensors are used to scan the environment of the load suspension frame in the area of its outer edges are arranged.
In order to transport the load and before placing it on the To be able to compensate for load swings, it is necessary the pendulum movement of the load in relation to the crane capture. For this purpose, the invention provides that to detect the load oscillations on the load-bearing frame a marker is arranged with a reflective surface is that one on the crane is aimed at the marking Lighting device is arranged that on the Crane also directed towards the marking Line scan camera with one aligned along the transport direction Image sensor line is arranged and that the line scan camera a signal evaluation unit is arranged, which consists of the signal from the image sensor line and the current position output signal corresponding to the marking. With The line scan camera can be used to move loads horizontally Direction with short measuring times and within a large one Record the load pendulum area. In addition to the vertical To be able to record the position of the load in relation to the crane is advantageously a measuring device for determination the respective pendulum length provided, the Measuring signal of the measuring device in the signal evaluation unit together with the signal from the image sensor line for determination the current load position is evaluated. At the measuring device it can be used, for example, to determine the pendulum length around an angle encoder or absolute encoder act on the rope drum of the crane; it is also possible, the pendulum length by laser distance measurement between the Determine the crane and the load suspension frame.

aufeinandergestapelt, abgesetzt.
noch Drehpendelungen der Last 6 auftreten können.1 schematically shows a
der Last 6 in x-Richtung. Die Zeilenkamera 13 ist derart
an der Laufkatze 1 angeordnet, daß ihre Abtastebene 15
die Markierung 11 längs zur Pendelrichtung x schneidet. To be able to measure the pendulum motion of the

As FIGS. 1 and 2 show in a simplified representation,

der Last 6 zeitlich unterschiedlich ändern. Vorzugsweise
Each of the two transverse to the direction of travel x of the
Die Last 6
Deswegen
sind auch die Laser-Entfernungsprofilmeßgeräte 21 bis 27 im
Bereich der äußeren Ecken des Lastaufnahmerahmens 5 angeordnet. While the
Da beispielsweise aufgrund von Windkräften auch Pendelungen
der Last 6 quer zur Transportrichtung x, also in z-Richtung,
Because, for example, due to wind forces, there are also oscillations

an verschiedene Containertypen aufweisen. Relativ einheitlich
In diesem Hohlraum 44
ist das Laser-Entfernungsprofilmeßgerät 21 in einem Schutzgehäuse
45 stoßgedämpft (hier durch eine federnde Lagerung
symbolisiert) untergebracht. An dem Schutzgehäuse 45 ist ein
Strahlführungsrohr 46 für den von dem Laser-Entfernungsprofilmeßgerät
21 erzeugten Laserstrahl 25 angebracht, das in
einer mit Auflaufschrägen 47 versehenen, vorzugsweise kegeligen
Spitze 48 endet. Im Bereich dieser Spitze 48 ist die
Einrichtung 26 zur Strahlumlenkung, beispielsweise ein Umlenkspiegel
oder ein Umlenkprisma, in einer festen Winkelstellung
angeordnet.
wird.4 shows an example of the arrangement of the laser distance profile measuring devices,

On its outside 41, the load-
5 abtasten (FIG 2). Wie FIG 4 am Beispiel der Einrichtung
26 zur Strahlumlenkung zeigt, ist jeder dieser Einrichtungen
jeweils eine Betätigungseinrichtung 57 zugeordnet,
die bei zu dichter Annäherung des Lastaufnahmerahmens 5
an ein mögliches Kollisionsobjekt von den Ultraschallsensoren
56 angesteuert wird und daraufhin eine automatische
Auslenkung der Einrichtung 26 zur Strahlumlenkung aus ihrer
Anschlagposition heraus bewirkt. As already mentioned, the arrangement of the
FIG 5 zeigt das Blockschaltbild einer Steuerungsstruktur für

Zielcontainers 7 ermittelt.
drohenden Kollisionsgefahr angeschlossen.5 shows the block diagram of a control structure for the container crane. The laser distance profile measuring devices, of which only the
