Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fastening system for facade panels according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a fastening system for facade panels is known from DE 32 46 725 A1, which consists of a suspension device attached to the rear of the facade panels by means of a mounting anchor.
- the suspension device consists of four individual hooks attached to the back of a facade panel, which can be attached to the bolts of the support elements arranged between two facade panels to form a fixed and three floating bearings.
- the fastening system is provided with an adjustment and locking device which enables horizontal and vertical adjustment of the facade panel.
- the individual attachment of the hooks requires a high drilling and assembly accuracy when attaching the hooks in order to reduce the adjustment effort of the facade panels or to make it possible at all. Furthermore, at least two fastening points are required for the aligned assembly and fastening of a suspension hook, which in turn means additional assembly effort.
- the object of the invention is therefore to create a fastening system for facade panels in which stresses due to thermal expansion are avoided are, and this simplifies both the preparation of the facade panels for assembly and their assembly itself.
- the suspension device according to the invention is formed by parallel and at a distance from each other vertically arranged plate support profiles, which have recesses at their upper and lower ends for hanging on the support elements.
- Each panel support profile thus has two hanging options, so that the installation of two panel support profiles on the back of a facade panel is sufficient to obtain four suspension points per facade panel.
- One of the four suspension points is designed as a fixed bearing and the other three as floating bearings. This means that displacements due to different thermal expansions are possible between the suspension device formed by the plate support profiles on the one hand and the substructure having the support elements on the other hand.
- the panel support profile is attached to the rear of the facade panel at at least two points, one attachment point being designed as a fixed bearing and the remaining attachment points being designed as a floating bearing. This avoids stress due to thermal expansion between the panel support profile and the facade panel. With the usual dimensions of the facade panels, two panel support profiles per facade panel and two fastening points per panel support profile are sufficient to absorb the forces acting on the facade panel via the suspension device and substructure. The solution according to the invention thus enables a considerable reduction in assembly effort, since both the fastening of the suspension device to the rear of the facade panel and the attachment to the substructure are considerably simplified.
- facade panels arranged one above the other can be combined to form one facade panel element by means of the panel support profiles.
- the respective ends of the plate support profiles have the corresponding recesses in order to enable hanging on the support elements. It will no longer the individual facade panel, but the entire facade panel element hooked into the corresponding support elements, adjusted and aligned. Only one fixed bearing is required for the facade panel element, while the other suspension points are designed as floating bearings.
- the support elements are designed as U-profiles, which face the facade panel elements with the open side, and have a bolt mounted in the two legs for the engagement of the panel support profile.
- the plate support profiles provided with correspondingly formed recesses engage in these bolts and are thereby held by the bolt.
- the vertical adjustment can be effected by appropriate adjustment means, which are supported on the bolt.
- the bolt of at least one fixed bearing support element and one floating bearing support element has a central transverse bore with a thread for vertical adjustment. Height adjustment can thus be carried out by means of a screw engaging in the thread, which is supported on a further bolt arranged between the legs of the U-profile.
- the fixed bearing support element also has screw elements arranged on the legs for horizontal adjustment on the one hand and for fixing the plate support profile on the fixed bearing support element on the other hand. With this fixation, the formation of the fixed bearing on the support element is achieved.
- a mounting element is used to form the floating bearing, which is fastened with play in a bore in the panel support profile in the axial and radial directions.
- the fastening system according to the invention quick and easy installation of facade panels for cladding a wall is possible. Pre-assembled façade panel elements that can be adjusted and fixed as a whole can be used. Furthermore, the fastening system according to the invention is a statically determined system in which there are no stresses caused by different thermal expansions the facade panels and the panel support profiles on the one hand and the substructure on the other hand can occur.
- FIG. 1 shows the fastening system with facade panels 1, which are each attached to two panel support profiles 2, the facade panels 1 being firmly connected to the respective panel support profile in the area of the upper ends at points 3 of the respective panel support profile. In the area of the lower end at points 4, the respective facade panel is loosely attached to the panel support profiles 2.
- the facade panel 1 forms, together with the panel support profiles 2, a facade panel element 5 which is suspended in the support elements 6, which are fastened to a substructure.
- the support elements 6 are designed such that they serve on the one hand as an upper support element for a lower plate and at the same time as a lower support element for an upper plate.
- a support element 6 is preferably provided at one of the two upper corners, which comprises a fixed bearing support element 7 and a floating bearing support element 8.
- the facade panel element 5 is fixed by means of the fixed bearing support element 7.
- horizontal and vertical adjustment is possible on the fixed bearing support element 7.
- a vertical adjustment is also carried out via the floating bearing support element 8 arranged in the area of the other upper corner.
- No adjustment option is provided for the lower floating bearing support elements 8 of a facade panel element 5.
- the fastening system described in FIG. 1 thus ensures a statically determined system with a fixed point and three loose points of the facade panel element 5 and a fixed point and a loose point of a panel support profile 2 with the facade panel 1.
- FIG. 2 shows a side view of a facade panel element 5 with a plurality of facade panels 1, each of which can be fixed at one point in accordance with the explanations for FIG.
- a facade panel element 5 designed in this way allows the element to be preassembled in the factory and thus quicker to assemble on the construction site with a few brackets on the wall.
- Figure 3 shows the attachment of a facade panel 1 - preferably from a thickness of 30 mm - on a panel support profile 2.
- the upper fixed connection of the facade panel 1 is carried out by means of a spacer assembly anchor 9, which is fixed in the facade panel.
- the constant distance between the panel support profile 2 and the facade panel 1 is ensured by the spacer 10, which is screwed onto the thread of the spacer assembly anchor 9.
- the attachment to the plate support profile 2 is carried out by means of the usual fastening means, such as washer 11 and nut 12.
- the lower loose connection between the facade panel 1 and the plate support profile 2 is achieved by means of an additional spacer 13, the outside diameter of which is smaller than the inside diameter of the bore 14.
- the spacer 13 is designed such that the area 15 engaging in the bore 14 is longer than the wall thickness of the plate support profile 2. This configuration results in a gap 16 between the spacer 13 and the plate support profile 2 allows play in the axial and radial directions.
- the fixation is again carried out by means of washer 11 and nut 12.
- FIG. 4 shows the fastening of a facade panel 1 with a smaller thickness to a panel support profile 2.
- the distance between the facade panel 1 and the panel support profile 2 is ensured by a spacer 18 arranged in a recess 17 in the facade panel 1.
- FIG. 4 shows the fixed mounting at the top and the loose mounting of the facade panel 1 on the panel support profile 2 at the bottom.
- the loose arrangement additionally has a spacer sleeve 19 which is longer than the thickness of the wall 20 of the plate support profile 2.
- the outer diameter of the spacer sleeve 19 is also smaller than the inner diameter of the bore 14, so that in turn a gap 16 arises, which allows axial and radial movement in a certain range.
- FIG. 5 is a side view of the fastening system with the facade panels 1, which are attached to the wall 22 of a building via panel support profiles 2, support elements 6 and wall brackets 21.
- the plate support profiles 2 are hook-shaped at the upper end 3 through a corresponding recess 27 and engage in a bolt 23 which is mounted in the support element 6.
- a height adjustment of the panel support profile 2 and thus of the facade panel element 5 takes place via a Height adjustment screw 24, which runs through a bore through the bolt 23 and a bore through an additional bolt 25.
- the support element 6 has a further bolt 26 on which it serves to support the plate support profile 2 lying above it.
- the plate support profile 2 has at its lower end 4 a slot-shaped recess 27 'into which the bolt 26 engages.
- the U-shaped support element 6 is fastened to the wall 22 by means of a wall bracket 21 which is also U-shaped.
- a support element 6 with the upper bolt 26, the lower bolt 23 and the bolt 25 and the height adjustment screw 24 is shown enlarged in FIG.
- FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the support element 6, in which the middle bolt 25 has been omitted and the upper bolt 26 has been provided with a corresponding hole for the height adjustment screw 24.
- FIG. 8 shows a fixed bearing which serves to firmly connect the plate support profile 2 to the support element 6.
- the plate support profile 2 hangs with its upper end on a bolt 23 to be fixed there once per facade panel element.
- the plate support profile 2 is fixed by means of adjusting and clamping screws 28, which are arranged through corresponding bores in the legs 29 of the U-shaped support element 6.
- a horizontal adjustment of the panel support profile 2 or the facade panel element 5 can be carried out by means of the adjusting and clamping screws 28.
- the bolt 23 has a transverse bore 30 for the height adjustment screw.
- the loose mounting of the support profile 2 in FIG. 9 is constructed accordingly. In this embodiment, no adjusting and clamping screws are provided.
- the arrangement shown in FIG. 8 thus represents a fixed bearing support element 7 and the arrangement shown in FIG. 9 represents a floating bearing support element 8, the individual support elements being able to be used either as individual elements or in combinations with one another, as shown in the figures of the exemplary embodiments .

Description
- Figur 1
- die schematische Darstellung von vier Fassadenplattenellementen mit jeweils einem Plattentragprofilpaar;
- Figur 2
- die Seitenansicht eines Fassadenplattenelements mit mehreren Fassadenplatten;
- Figur 3
- die Befestigung einer Fassadenplatte an dem Plattentragprofil;
- Figur 4
- die Befestigung einer anderen Fassadenplatte an dem Plattentragprofil;
- Figur 5
- eine schematische Seitenansicht der Fassadenunterkonstruktion;
- Figur 6
- eine vergrößerte Darstellung eines Tragelements
- Figur 7
- eine vergrößerte Darstellung eines anderen Tragelements mit einer anderen Höhenverstellung;
- Figur 8
- einen Schnitt durch ein Festlager-Tragelement und
- Figur 9
