Description

The invention relates to a push button switch with light-emitting semiconductors as a light source for elevators, the light of the light-emitting semiconductors arranged on a printed circuit being directed as a confirmation message onto a translucent push button.

A light-emitting element with light-emitting semiconductors for push-button switches is known from DE utility model G 90 15 115.1. In the head part of the push button switch there is an annular light guide connected to a printed circuit board, which guides the light from the light-emitting semiconductors integrated on the printed circuit board to the front of the push button, a light ring being visible on the operator side as a confirmation message. The light-emitting semiconductors, also called light-emitting diodes, are regulated by means of photo semiconductors depending on the ambient light, so that the brighter the ambient light, the brighter the visible light ring.

A disadvantage of the known device is that the light emitted by the light-emitting diodes on floors of an elevator system with high illuminance is only insufficiently visible on the push button. Another disadvantage is the complex manufacture of the circuit board connected to the light guide.

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention, as characterized in the claims, solves the problem of avoiding the disadvantages of the known device and of creating a push button switch in which the acknowledgment message generated by light-emitting diodes appears with the light bulb illuminance on the push button.

The advantage achieved by the invention is essentially to be seen in the fact that in existing facilities, lightbulb-operated pushbutton switches can be equipped with light-emitting diodes without the aesthetic appearance being impaired by different illuminance levels.

Die zentral angeordnete Bohrung B5 wird von einer angeschrägten Überhöhung 16 umgeben.1 to 5, 1 designates a cover plate with an opening, not shown, through which a closing ring 2 enters, into which a push button 4 provided with a lens cap 3 is inserted on the rear. Plunger 5 of the push button 4 penetrate an existing adapter 6 and actuate a switch (not shown) carried by a switch block 7. A light reflector 10 consisting of a base 8 and a reflector part 9 is inserted into an opening 11 of the adapter 6, the light reflector 10 resting on an outer shoulder 12 on the adapter 6. A printed circuit 13 with light-emitting diodes LED1 ... LED5 and diodes D1 ... D4 plunges into the base 8 of the light reflector 10 until it rests on an inner shoulder 14. The supply voltage of the diode circuit is supplied to the printed circuit 13 by means of connecting wires L1; L2. The light-emitting diodes LED1 ... LED5 arranged on the printed circuit 13 penetrate the light reflector 10 in bores B1 ... B5 and protrude into the reflector part 9 provided with a bevel 15. The centrally arranged bore B5 is surrounded by a beveled elevation 16.

Adapter 6 and switch block 7 are held by carrier bolts 17 and nuts 18 arranged on the cover plate 1. Depending on the adapter 6, cylindrical, cubic or other shaped light reflectors 10 are used.

In order that the light emitted by the light emitting diodes LED1 ... LED5 and light reflected by the light reflector 10 appear as white as possible and without light shadow for the viewer, the push button 4 is made of translucent polycarbonates with a white tint. Light-emitting diodes LED1 ... LED5 are provided as light sources, which, for example, emit light with a wavelength of 590 nm. Green, red or other colored LEDs LED1 ... LED5 are used as required.

The electrical circuit diagram shown in FIG. 5 shows a series circuit of light-emitting diodes LED1 ... LED5 which are located on a bridge branch of a bridge rectifier formed by the diodes D1 ... D4. The other bridge branch is connected to the connecting wires L1; L2, to which the supply voltage of up to 120 V AC is applied. Instead of light-emitting diodes, bridges are provided if not all diode locations are equipped.
