Claims (8)
- Machine d'emballage à multi-passages pour le dosage, le remplissage et l'emballage de produits pâteux de l'industrie alimentaire, en particulier de pâtes pour la soupe, avec un dispositif d'alimentation (3) ainsi gu'un dispositif de dosage (4) approprié avec des éléments de dosage (19) associés aux lignes de produits respectifs, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation est formé d'au moins deux pompes à cellules semi-rotatives (3) avec des rouleaux (6) disposés à distance l'un de l'autre dans une enceinte (1) contenant le produit et entraînés en rotation en sens opposé l'un à l'autre.
- Machine d'emballage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux (6) peuvent tourner dans l'enceinte (1) et présentent des palettes (8) conduites dans l'enceinte (1) et réglables dans des fentes (7) disposées radialement dans ceux-ci.
- Machine d'emballage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de commande, de préférence sous la forme de cames de commande (9) tournantes, pour le réglage des palettes (8).
- Machine d'emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux (6) sont disposés à proximité du fond (2) de l'enceinte (1), de façon sensiblement symétrique par rapport à un canal de sortie (16), ayant de préférence une section en forme d'entonnoir, disposé dans le fond de l'enceinte (1), qui est en communication avec le dispositif de dosage (4) par un canal d'entrée (15) ayant de préférence également une section en forme d'entonnoir.
- Machine d'emballage suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de dosage (4) présente une vanne de commande (18) située en position centrale en dessous du canal d'entrée (15) ainsi que des doseurs à cylindre-piston (19) situés de part et d'autre de celui-ci.
- Machine d' emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de transport supplémentaire (24) est disposé à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (1).
- Machine d'emballage suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transport supplémentaire (24) présente pour chaque dispositif de dosage un piston d'équilibrage (26) coulissant en direction sensiblement verticale dans un cylindre de guidage (25) fixé à une paroi de l'enceinte (1) et arrivant jusque dans la région du canal d'entrée (15) du dispositif de dosage (4).
- Machine d'emballage suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le piston d'équilibrage (26) est disposé entre les rouleaux (6) placés à distance l'un de l'autre et s'étend à travers des évidements (28) prévus dans les extrémités libres des palettes (8) des rouleaux (6).
