Definitions
- the invention relates to a heat-insulating component, in particular for roof and wall constructions, in which a plurality of layers of material are glued together over the entire surface to form a sandwich panel and a foam plastic layer is provided between two equally thick outer wood-based cover layers.
- the sandwich panel consists of the foam plastic layer and the two wood-based cover layers glued directly onto the foam plastic layer.
- the two glued-on cover layers give the component the required rigidity, while the relatively thick intermediate layer made of foam plastic compared to the cover layers essentially ensures the desired thermal insulation.
- the inadequate sound insulation capacity of such components is disadvantageous.
- a component in sandwich construction which consists of an insulating layer, on the outer surface of which a cover plate, for example steel plate, is fastened as a load-bearing component of the element, at least on one side, between the insulating layer and an intermediate layer made of a particle board or a plate made of another combustible material or a gypsum board is attached to at least one cover plate.
- the application of said intermediate layer is not done here from a sound insulation point of view Reasons, rather, the intermediate layer, in cooperation with the other parts of the component, is intended to provide fire protection against fire acting from outside for at least a certain time.
- the invention has for its object to provide a component of the type mentioned an improved sound insulation.
- the invention solves this problem with a heat-insulating component of the type mentioned in that an intermediate layer based on gypsum is arranged between the foam plastic layer and one of the two outer cover layers.
- the invention is based here on the knowledge that the obvious measures to improve the sound insulation capacity of the component by increasing the mass or increasing the thickness of both cover layers, due to the then still symmetrical structure of the component does not lead to success; obviously with an symmetrical structure an internal resonance mechanism comes into play, which can only be influenced by the mass of the cover layers.
- An increase in the thickness or mass of only one of the two cover layers, which leads to an asymmetrical structure of the component which is obviously more favorable for the sound insulation capacity, is ruled out in the present case due to the wood base of the cover layers; this causes because of the hygroscopy of the Cover layers an unacceptable entry of deformation stresses in the component.
- the foam plastic of the foam plastic layer should have a density of at most 30 kg / m3 and in particular a density between 14 and 16 kg / m3.
- Particularly suitable foam plastics are polystyrene, polyurethane, polyisocyanurate or phenolic resin.
- Favorable thicknesses of the foam plastic layer make up to 300 mm, a thickness between 40 and 120 mm is preferred.
- the gypsum-based intermediate layer can be a plasterboard, gypsum fiber or gypsum chipboard; it should have a thickness between 5 and 25 mm, preferably between 9.5 and 12.5 mm.
- Wood-based panels are recommended as top layers on a wood basis, specifically those with a thickness between 2.5 and 12 mm, in particular 3 and 4 mm.
- the heat-insulating component shown in FIG. 1 is intended for roof and wall constructions and consists of a sandwich panel in which several layers of material 1 - 4 are combined with one another by means of full-surface adhesive layers.
- the sandwich panels have a width of 1 to 1.25 m and a length of 2.4 to 12 m and can have additional side slats 5, 6 on the long sides.
- the sandwich panel first has a foam plastic layer 3 as material layers 1 - 4 between two equally thick outer wood-based outer layers 1 - 4. Between the foam plastic layer 3 and one of the two outer cover layers 1, an intermediate layer 2 based on gypsum is additionally arranged.
- the foam plastic layer 3 is a 78 mm thick polystyrene plate with a density of 15 kg / m3.
- the gypsum-based intermediate layer 2 is a 12.5 mm strong plasterboard.
- the two wood-based top layers 1, 4 consist of 3.2 mm thick chipboard in accordance with DIN 68763.
Description
- Fig. 1
- einen Schnitt durch ein Bauelement,
- Fig. 2
