- un ensemble embarqué comportant un émetteur de signaux SE d'un premier type et un récepteur de signaux SP d'un second type ;
- un dispositif portatif comportant un récepteur de signaux SE du premier type et un émetteur de signaux SP du second type ;
- le système comportant en outre des moyens pour détecter l'oubli d'un dispositif portable à l'intérieur de l'habitacle par la détermination de la position relative du dispositif portable par rapport à l'intérieur de l'habitacle. Afin de répondre aux objectifs de l'invention, les moyens pour déterminer la position du dispositif portatif par rapport à l'intérieur de l'habitacle sont intégrés au dispositif portatif, lesdits moyens générant un signal commandant l'émission par l'émetteur du dispositif portable d'un signal SPoubli du second type en cas de détection de l'oubli du dispositif portatif à l'intérieur de l'habitacle.

Claims (9)
- Système pour commander à distance le verrouillage et le déverrouillage d'un habitacle, notamment d'un véhicule automobile, du type comportantun ensemble embarqué (2) comportant un émetteur (12) de signaux SE d'un premier type et un récepteur (14) de signaux SP d'un second type,un dispositif portatif (1) comportant un récepteur (5) de signaux SE du premier type et un émetteur (8) de signaux SP du second type,le système comportant en outre des moyens pour détecter l'oubli d'un dispositif portable à l'intérieur de l'habitacle par la détermination de la position relative du dispositif portatif (1) par rapport à l'intérieur de l'habitacle, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour déterminer la position du dispositif portatif (1) par rapport à l'intérieur de l'habitacle sont intégrés au dispositif portatif (1), lesdits moyens (6) commandant l'émission par l'émetteur (8) du dispositif portatif (1) d'un signal Spoubli du second type en cas de détection de l'oubli du dispositif portatif (1) à l'intérieur de l'habitacle.
- Système pour commander à distance le verrouillage et le déverrouillage d'un habitacle selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pluralité de dispositifs portatifs (1) individualisés, chacun desdits dispositifs portatifs émettant un signal du second type SPi comportant une séquence d'identification du dispositif portatif (1) considéré en cas de détection d'oubli à l'intérieur de l'habitacle.
- Système pour commander à distance le verrouillage et le déverrouillage d'un habitacle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble embarqué (2) émet un premier signal SE1 antérieurement au verrouillage des portes, ainsi qu'un deuxième signal SEver postérieurement au verrouillage des portes, et en ce que le dispositif portatif (1) comporte une mémoire (7) pour enregistrer le niveau M1 du premier signal SE1 et le niveau M2 du second signal SEver détecté par le récepteur, et un calculateur (6) pour générer un signal d'activation de la séquence d'émission de signaux SPoubli du second type correspondant à la détection de dispositif portatif (1) oublié dans le cas où la différence entre les deux niveaux M1, M2 mémorisés est inférieure à une valeur ∂M prédéterminée.
- Système pour commander à distance le verrouillage et le déverrouillage d'un habitacle selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble embarqué (2) émette en outre un troisième signal SEtemp au bout d'un délai prédéterminée après l'émission du second signal SEver, le dispositif portatif mémorisant le niveau M3 dudit troisième signal SEtemp détecté et le calculateur du dispositif portatif (1) commandant l'émission d'un signal SPoubli du second type correspondant à la détection d'un dispositif oublié dans le cas où la différence entre le niveau M2 du second et le niveau M3 du troisième signaux mémorisés est inférieure à une valeur prédéterminée ∂M'.
- Système pour commander à distance le verrouillage et le déverrouillage d'un habitacle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2 caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble embarqué (2) comporte des moyens d'émission de signaux de façon sélective par une antenne intérieure (60) placée à l'intérieur de l'habitacle et dont les lobes de rayonnement sont principalement confinés à l'intérieur de l'habitacle, par une antenne extérieure (62) disposée à proximité de la porte du conducteur et dont les lobes d'émission sont principalement confinés à l'extérieur du véhicule, et par une deuxième antenne extérieure (61) disposée à proximité de la porte opposée à celle du conducteur et dont les lobes d'émission sont principalement confinés à l'extérieur du véhicule, le dispositif portatif (1) émettant un signal SPoubli correspondant à la détection du dispositif oublié dans le cas où le récepteur ne détecte pas de signaux SEextd après la réception d'un signal SEver du premier type correspondant à l'information "Portes verrouillées".

- Système pour commander à distance le verrouillage et le déverrouillage d'un habitacle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 ou 6 caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble embarqué (2) comporte des moyens d'émission de signaux SE1ext et SE1int au moment de la fermeture de la portière du conducteur, le signal SE1int transmis par l'antenne intérieure (60) comportant un codage spécifique, des moyens d'émission par l'antenne intérieure d'une deuxième série de signaux correspondant au verrouillage de l'habitacle, des moyens pour émettre après un délai prédéterminé par l'antenne extérieure (62) prévue du coté du conducteur d'une troisième série de signaux, et des moyens pour émettre postérieurement, par l'antenne extérieure (61) prévue du coté opposé à celui du conducteur une quatrième série de signaux, et en ce que le dispositif portatif (1) comporte des moyens pour générer un signal SPoubli en réponse à la réception du signaux codés SE1int, ainsi qu'un signal d'identification en réponse à la réception d'un signal SE non codé.
- Système pour commander à distance le verrouillage et le déverrouillage d'un habitacle selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble embarqué (2) comporte des moyens pour interrompre le processus de verrouillage et pour activer un signal d'alerte lorsqu'il reçoit un signal SPoubli en réponse à l'émission du signal codé SEint, et des moyens pour provoquer le déverrouillage et pour activer un signal d'alerte lorsque le récepteur embarqué reçoit un signal d'identification SPidentif. en réponse à l'émission du signal SE non codé.
- Système pour commander à distance le verrouillage et le déverrouillage d'un habitacle selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble embarqué (2) comporte des moyens pour interrompre le processus de vérification lorsque le récepteur embarqué reçoit un signal d'identification SPidenti, en réponse à l'émission du signal émit au moment de la fermeture de la portière.
