Claims (15)
- Klemmlasche zum Herstellen von Schneefangsystemen oder ähnlichen Dachaufbauten auf Metalldächern, bestehend aus zwei beiderseits durch Schrauben (7,8) gegen einen Stehfalz (5) des Metalldaches (6) gedrückten, als Klemmteil dienenden Klemmbacken (2,3) und einem Durchbruch (10) zum Hindurchstecken eines Rohres (11),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Klemmteil ein einteiliges, U-förmig ausgebildetes Strangpreßprofil (1) vorgesehen ist, dessen Schenkel als Klemmbacken (2,3) ausgebildet sind. - Klemmlasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmbacken (2,3) im Klemmbereich (4) eine in Längsrichtung des Strangpreßprofils (1) sich erstreckende Verzahnung (9) aufweisen.
- Klemmlasche nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Klemmbacken (2,3) am inneren Ende des Klemmbereichs (4) eine Innennase (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Klemmlasche nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Klemmbacken (2,3) am äußeren Ende des KLemmbereichs (4) eine Außennase (18) vorgesehen ist.
- Klemmlasche nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innennase (17) und die Außennase (18) im Abstand der Höhe des Kopfes (5') des Stehfalzes (5) angeordnet sind.
- Klemmlasche nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmbereich (4) gegenüber der Materialdicke des Strangpreßprofils (1) nach außen abgesetzt ist.
- Klemmlasche nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beiderseits am Strangpreßprofil (1) außen gegenüber liegende, sich senkrecht zur Längsachse des Strangpreßprofils (1) erstreckende Nuten (13) vorgesehen sind und daß in die Nuten (13) mit einem Schlitz (15) eine sich quer zum Strangpreßprofil (1) erstreckende Fangscheibe (14) einsteckbar ist.
- Klemmlasche nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz eine Länge aufweist, die der Höhe des Strangpreßprofils (1) entspricht.
- Klemmlasche nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den äußeren Enden des Schlitzes (15) nach innen ragende Nasen (16) angeordnet sind, die im eingeschobenen Zustand der Fangscheibe (14) unter das Strangpreßprofil (1) ragen.
- Klemmlasche nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Strangpreßprofil (1) der Durchbruch (10) und/oder die Nuten (15) vorgesehen sind.
- Klemmlasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchbruch (10) als Mehrkantöffnung ausgebildet ist.
- Klemmlasche nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Steg (22) des Strangpreßprofils (1) ein Tragblech (20) aufgesetzt ist, auf dessen oberen Ende in eine etwa halbrunde öffnung (25) ein Fangrohr (26) eingelegt ist, welches durch eine Halterung (27) gehalten ist.
- Klemmlasche nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (27) als Feder (28) ausgebildet ist, die unter Spannung über das Fangrohr (26) gelegt ist.
- Klemmlasche nach den Ansprüchen 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragblech (20) mindestens eine sich innen an die Klemmbacken (2,3) und unten an den Steg (22) zwischen den Klemmbacken (2,3) anlegende Nase (21) aufweist.
- Klemmlasche nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchbruch (10) nur in einer Klemmbacke (2 oder 3) vorgesehen ist.
