Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour échanger et ajuster un outil dans l'unité intégrée de montage de l'outillage (3, 4) d'une presse, en particulier d'une presse continue, ayant un châssis, une table de presse (1) et un poussoir (2) mobile en direction de ce châssis, dans lequel l'outil est constitué d'une étampe (12, 13, 14) et d'un poussoir (12) et est interchangeable par rapport à des moyens de support, caractérisé par la combinaison des moyens suivants :- un bloc récepteur (5) est bloqué dans l'unité intégrée de montage de l'outillage (3, 4), par fixation au poussoir (2) du côté poussoir de la table de presse (1) et est fixé au moyen d'éléments de serrage (7, 9, 15),- le bloc récepteur (5) est pourvu d'un évidement (23) et de moyens de guidage (22, 24) pour recevoir un sous-ensemble de serrage (6) portant une partie (13, 17) de l'outil d'étampage,- un cône de serrage (29) mobile longitudinalement, s'appuie contre deux surfaces de glissement (30) obliques, inclinées par rapport à la direction d'introduction (52) du sous-ensemble de serrage (6), dans la zone inférieure de l'évidement (23), respectivement par l'intermédiaire des moyens de réglage (31, 33, 39 respectivement 32, 37),- le sous-ensemble de serrage (6) est en appui contre les cônes de serrage (29) avec des surfaces de glissement (34) également inclinées,- la face d'introduction (52) du sous-ensemble de serrage (6) du bloc récepteur (5) est obturée par une plaque de couverture (10) pendant l'ajustage et le fonctionnement,- la plaque de couverture (10) est, le cas échéant, pourvue d'éléments d'appui élastiques (28) qui agissent sur le sous-ensemble de serrage (6) par connexion sur les cônes (29).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bloc récepteur (5) est bloqué contre la table de presse (1) pour recevoir le sous-ensemble de serrage (6) et l'outil d'étampage (12, 13, 14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bloc récepteur (5) est bloqué contre le poussoir (2) pour recevoir le sous-ensemble de serrage (6) et une étampe (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de serrage (7) sont guidés dans des alésages (38) ménagés à travers le bloc récepteur (5) et le sous-ensemble de serrage (6) et sont bloqués en position par des têtes de serrage (8) en forme de têtes d'ancrage dans le sous-ensemble de serrage (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un jeu est ménagé entre le guidage latéral dans le bloc récepteur (5) formé par l'évidement (23) et le sous-ensemble de serrage (6) inséré dans cet évidement et en ce que les cônes (29) sont disposés dans des évidements (35), qui sont maintenus verrouillés pour les cônes (29) et le sous-ensemble de serrage (6) par des listes de guidage (24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui élastiques (28) sont des billes sollicitées par des ressorts, ces billes étant agencées pour agir sur le sous-ensemble de serrage (6) par effet ressort, cet effet ressort étant remplacé par un moyen de vissage (11) après l'ajustage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étampe (17) de l'outil est maintenue dans un mandrin de serrage (16), en ce que ce mandrin de serrage (16) est logé dans un évidement (45) d'un bloc récepteur (5) par fixation directe dans un évidement (45) du poussoir (2) et que l'évidement (45) est agencé pour permettre une rotation de l'étampe (17) en son milieu, et en ce que le mandrin de serrage (16) est pourvu d'une protubérance (53) qui est opérationnellement liée à un réglage radial (51) disposé du côté du châssis.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin de serrage (16) est maintenu dans une plaque de serrage (40) qui est bloquée d'une part vers la presse par des éléments de serrage (21) et qui est d'autre part contrainte et maintenue dans une direction axiale de l'étampe (17) et du mandrin de serrage (16) par des unités de pression (48) de la presse.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les unités de pression (48) son rendues solidaires de la presse par des moyens tels que des joues de serrage (46) et des équerres de maintien (47).
