Definitions
- the invention is concerned with electromagnetic transducers whose magnet systems have an internal stray field magnet.
- Such converters have been known in the prior art for some time. Representative of this, reference is made to DE-P 37 30 305.
- This document illustrates an electromagnetic transducer which, in contrast to conventional dynamic transducers, has a magnet system which is concentrically surrounded by the voice coil at a short distance.
- the magnet system is formed by two permanent magnet disks, between which the pole disk - also called a diffusing disk - is arranged.
- One permanent magnet disk of the magnet system is connected to the loudspeaker housing base, while the other permanent magnet disk extends in the direction of the membrane.
- the magnet system is surrounded concentrically by the voice coil.
- the arrangement of the Voice coil in the area of the pole disc is common.
- the voice coil is arranged on a so-called voice coil support, which is connected with its one end facing away from the bottom of the loudspeaker basket to the end of the conical membrane, which has the smaller of the two diameters.
- the connection of the membrane and the voice coil former is usually listed as an adhesive connection.
- the object of the invention is to provide a generic transducer which reduces or eliminates the disadvantages mentioned.
- the end of the conical membrane which has the smaller of the two diameters, is designed as a tube section, and in that the voice coil is connected to the tube section.
- the one-piece design of the membrane and pipe section ensures that the seam area between the voice coil former and the membrane, which otherwise requires a complex connection due to the forces to be transmitted, is eliminated.
- this has the further advantage that the recyclability of such a loudspeaker is improved by the material of the membrane and the tube section / voice coil former.
- the pipe section extends towards the bottom of the loudspeaker basket. This is because the centering membrane can be attached to the outer jacket of the pipe section without the pipe section being lengthened and therefore the overall depth of the loudspeaker having to be increased. This extension is particularly necessary when the pipe section extends into the membrane cone. In this case, an additional pipe section, which extends in the direction of the bottom of the loudspeaker cage, is required, which extends below the pole disks when the system is at rest and which serves as a fastening flange for the centering membrane.
- the end of the tube section which faces away from the membrane, is formed with an internal flange that reduces the clear diameter of the tube section and extends at right angles to the lateral surface of the tube section, this has the advantage that this loudspeaker is particularly simple with the voice coil can be equipped. For this it is only necessary to place and glue the unsupported wound voice coil from the side of the membrane opening to the flange. The voice coil is fixed until the adhesive has hardened this design of the pipe section is no longer required. A special effort for the flange does not need to be driven if it is formed at the same time in the one-piece design of the membrane and pipe section.
- the loudspeaker 10 shown in FIG. 1 is essentially formed by the magnet system 11, the loudspeaker basket 12 and the membrane 13.
- the magnet system 11 is formed by two permanent magnet disks 14.1 and 14.2, to which a pole disk 15 is arranged.
- the lower permanent magnet disk 14.1 rests on a base 16, which stands centrally on the bottom 17 of the speaker basket 12.
- the membrane 13 is conical.
- the end of the membrane 13, which has the larger of the two diameters, is connected to the upper edge 19 of the speaker basket 12 by means of the curved bead 18.
- the other end of the membrane 13 has a longer tube section 20.1, which projects into the cone formed by the jacket of the membrane 13.
- the shorter part of the pipe section 20.2 extends in the direction of the bottom 17 of the speaker cage 12.
- the membrane 13 and the pipe sections 20.1 and 20.2 are formed in one piece. These pipe sections 20.1 and 20.2 surround the magnet system 12 concentrically with a defined distance.
- the voice coil is placed and connected around the upper tube section 20.1. This arrangement is particularly advantageous because it is not necessary to fix the voice-coil-shaped voice coil during the gluing to the tube section 20.1. Rather, the voice coil 21 rests on the inner jacket 22 of the membrane 13.
- the outer jacket of the lower pipe section 20.2 is glued to the centering membrane 23.
- the other edge of the centering membrane 23 is attached to the speaker basket 12.
- the magnet system 11 is covered by a dust protection cap 24 arranged on the inner contour of the membrane 13.
- the loudspeaker 10 shown in FIG. 2 hardly differs from the loudspeaker shown in FIG. 1, so that the reference numerals used in FIG. 1 can also be largely adopted in FIG. 2.
- the pipe section 20 is different extends only in one direction, namely towards the bottom 17 of the speaker basket 12.
- the overall depth of the loudspeaker 10 is also less as a result, since the pipe section 20.2 required for fastening the centering membrane 23 in FIG. 1 is omitted or is taken over from the outer jacket of the pipe section 20 in FIG.
- FIG. 2 This reduction in the overall depth of the loudspeaker 10 is particularly illustrated in FIG. 2 in that the base 16, which rests on the floor 17 of the loudspeaker basket 12, has a significantly reduced overall height compared to the base 16 in FIG. Furthermore, the end of the pipe section 20 facing the bottom 17 of the loudspeaker basket has a flange 25 angled at right angles to the casing of the pipe section 20. This flange 25 serves as a support for the strapless voice coil 21 inserted along the inner contour of the tube section 20 during the time in which the adhesive for bonding the voice coil 21 and the tube section 20 cures.

Abstract
