Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hohlen Schaufel für Turbomaschinen, insbesondere einer Gebläserotorschaufel mit großer Weite, bestehend aus den folgenden, aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten:a) Herstellung der Hauptteile, bestehend aus zwei Außenblechen (1) und mindestens einem mittleren Blech (7),b) Warmformen der im vorherigen Schritt (a) erhaltenen Teile (1, 7) mit dem vorgesehenen Profil durch Hohlprägen und Verwinden, so daß jedes der mindestens drei Teile (1, 7) verwundene und gewölbte Oberflächen aufweist,c) Anbringen der Diffusionswände an dem mittleren Blech (7),d) Zusammensetzen und Anbringen auf dem Werkzeug (14),e) Diffusionsschweißen an den in Schritt (c) ausgewählten Stellen (12),f) Aufblähen unter Gasdruck und superplastisches Formen der ausgewählten Bereiche,g) Endbearbeitung.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hohlen Schaufel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt (a) zur Herstellung der Hauptteile einen Schritt (a1) umfaßt, der in einem chemischen Bearbeitungsvorgang des mittleren Blechs (7) besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hohlen Schaufel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei nach dem Schritt (b) des Hohlprägens/Verwindens in einem zusätzlichen Schritt (b1) das verwundene und gewölbte mittlere Blech (7) einem Vorgang der chemischen Bearbeitung dergestalt unterzogen wird, daß ein Blech mit variablen Dicken erzielt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hohlen Schaufel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Hauptteile aus zwei Außenblechen (1) und mehreren mittleren Blechen (7) bestehen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hohlen Schaufel nach Anspruch 4, wobei die mittleren Bleche (7) aus mindestens einem mittleren Blech (7) mit kontinuierlicher Oberfläche und mindestens einem Blech mit einem ausgesparten Teil in der Mitte bestehen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hohlen Schaufel nach Anspruch 4, wobei die mittleren Bleche zwei an der Zahl sind (18, 19), wobei die beiden genannten Bleche (18, 19) mit den Außenblechen (1) durch Diffusionsschweißen verbunden werden und einem Vorgang des Aufblähens unter Gasdruck und des superplastischen Formens unterzogen werden.
