This is to avoid that warm exhaust air is sucked out of the exhaust air duct 5 in a short-circuit manner in the intake slots 3 a of the oven door 3.

  • the symmetrical flow guide body 11 is lined with an insulation filling 12 in its interior.
  • FIG. 6 shows an air guide plate 13, which can be swiveled around a pivot pin 14 and can be switched over after the optionally selectable door stop of the oven door 3, which allows the heated cooling air to be discharged on one side in the edge region of the oven door 3, which on the side of the vertical axis of rotation of the oven door 3 lies and faces away from the side of the handle of the oven door 3.
