Claims (5)

  1. Guidage de roues de bogies de véhicules ferroviaires, notamment pour véhicules urbains, comportant des ressorts primaires entre les paliers des roues et les longerons du châssis du bogie, ainsi que des ressorts secondaires entre les longerons du châssis du bogie et la caisse de la voiture, avec lesquels les roues sont liées en rotation à la traverse d'un châssis de bogie, au travers de cadres de guidage, par le biais d'un axe de rotation horizontal s'étendant transversalement au sens de la marche,
    guidage dans lequel au moins deux roues du bogie sont réalisées sous forme de roues libres, et reliées de manière rigide au cadre de guidage, par des paliers à chapeau,
    dans lequel le cadre de guidage est raccordé à deux paliers de guidage et relié à la traverse,
    et dans lequel le cadre de guidage est monté dans les paliers de guidage, rigidement dans le sens de la marche, avec une aptitude à glisser latéralement, de manière élastique, entre des butées, et à pivoter élastiquement dans le cas d'une butée latérale,
    caractérisé
    en ce que les paliers de guidage (7) sont constitués par des broches métalliques (13) retenues entre des supports de palier (17) du cadre de guidage (2) et dans des bossages (18) du châssis du bogie (1),
    les broches métalliques (13) étant enveloppées d'une couche élastomère (15) et enchâssées dans des douilles métalliques (16).
  2. Guidage de roues de bogies de véhicules ferroviaires suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une console intermédiaire (8) est agencée entre au moins une traverse (4) et un cadre de guidage (2), en ce que les paliers de guidage (7) sont agencés entre le cadre de guidage (2) et la console intermédiaire (8), et en ce que la console intermédiaire (8) est reliée à la traverse (4) par au moins deux paliers de centrage (9, 10) élastiques.
  3. Guidage de roues suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les paliers de guidage (7) sont agencés sur une entretoise (24) du cadre de guidage (2), de manière à présenter une inclinaison par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du bogie, et en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison a entre l'axe transversal de chaque palier de guidage (7) et l'axe longitudinal du bogie est compris entre 10° et 40°.
  4. Guidage de roues suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les paliers de centrage (9, 10) sont constitués par des broches métalliques (22) de la traverse (4) du châssis (1) du bogie, dirigées vers le bas, qui sont enveloppées par un corps élastique (20) ou une couche élastique, et sont emmanchées à force dans des bossages de la console intermédiaire.
  5. Guidage de roues suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les paliers de centrage (9, 10) sont agencés les uns à la suite des autres dans le sens de la marche du bogie.
